    Well I had good results with this dealership's service department until my cars 70 k mile service. The tech checked my air filter but didn't property secure the air cleaner lid leaving a huge gap between the filter and intake tube. I attempted to have the service department simply realign the filter and resnap the air cleaner lid but Sweeney refuses to help rectify this issue. Landon does not believe the tech would have had the air filter out but if you look under services performed for their 70k service is an air filter check. So yes I do believe the tech was just in a hurry and haphazardly reattached my air cleaner lid without properly checking to ensure a snug fit. Unfortunately a day has passsed and was told that their service manager, Rich would have reached out to me by now however he has not. In fact I have not heard from Sweeney's at all! This will be my last time not only dealing with Sweeney but I am writing off all of GM products from here out thanks to Sweeney's service!

    I recently purchased a GMC Terrain from Paul Kello at Boardman Sweeney. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the type of car I was purchasing and informed me of all the necessary information. It was a priority of his to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased and he contacted me with a follow up call to ensure the car was up to my standards. I would definitely recommend Paul Kello to anyone in need of purchasing a car.

Our company was founded in 1921, beginning with the Stearns Motor Sales Company. In 1931 that "The Buick Youngstown Company" was created, and we moved to our new location at 1021 Wick Avenue. In 1969, Buick Youngstown's original showroom was demolished and a new one was erected with a larger Service Department. In 1986 a new Buick Youngstown facility was built on Market Street in Boardman, Ohio. In 2005 we added a new facility for our Chevrolet Franchise. Our operations in Boardman include Sales, Service, & Parts departments on over 20 acres of land. We currently have Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC Franchises, as well as Pace Performance Parts.
