Wonderful team

Found a used Kia online and called. Brittany, our salesperson, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After driving over 200 miles to pick up the car, we found out the trailer wiring wasn’t working. Devin from the service department spent well over an hour diagnosing and replacing the wiring ( no additional cost). Both Devin and Brittany made our experience pleasant and they gave us top notch service.


Poor repair job receipt denied.

Bought a car paid for passenger door repair before buying. They only repaired part of the door. Promised a receipt. Took the car back to finish the repair. No receipt. The used car sales manager was rude. Door had indents and looks waves.


Fantastic Used Vehicle - Amazing Customer Service

Mikey Powell brought the truck to my office for a test drive. Very knowledgeable salesman who went above and beyond to make my experience amazing!!!


They don't stand behind their "certified" vehicles

If you're buying a USED car, DON'T go to Sweeney. One week to the day of bringing home my daughter's "CERTIFIED" (LOL) used vehicle, the battery DIED. I had to call my insurance company's roadside assistance twice PLUS pay $40 of my own money to have the car towed to Sweeney to see what was wrong. It was an OLD, USED-UP, NEVER-REPLACED BATTERY in this "CERTIFIED" vehicle. Sweeney charged me $201 for a new battery on a car that they obviously never really looked at closely enough to certify the battery. They DO NOT stand behind their used cars. I was advised by someone NOT to go here, and I didn't listen. LESSON LEARNED. I have dealt with many dealers. My husband and I have three driving daughters, so we have 5 cars in the family. I have bought new and used, all American-made cars. We have two three GM products and two Ford products in our family. I will NEVER shop at Sweeney again for a new or used car.


Bad Experience

Purchased a certified used truck in early March. I probably could’ve done a better job at detailing, and the gas tank wasn’t full. A month later we go to use the AC for the first time, and it doesn’t work. We were told we have to use the warranty which has a $100 deductible to get it checked out. So we were sold an unclean car with half a tank of gas and no working AC, but now have to pay out of pocket to get it looked at after having it for 1 month. No one went over the truck with us either. After we signed the paperwork we were given the key and sent on our way. We had to go in to ask about the trailer brake - a salesman came out, told us it was a trailer brake and went back inside. I assume if someone had gone over the truck it’s us we would’ve known before we left that it has a defunct AC. Bummed that this ended up being such a poor experience, as my father has bought from Sweeney for years.

Fast! NO hassle deal with quick delivery!

Ray Lundt was great to work with. We were able to put a quick no hassle deal together on a Saturday over the phone. The vehicle was delivered Monday evening to my home over 200 miles away. Finance guy was easy to work with and was helpful in getting an extended warranty added. Highly Recommend!


Fantastic Salesman

My salesman was Demetrius Ison and he was fantastic!! He went above and beyond to help me special finance my new car. He was so kind and made me feel at ease. He even bought me lunvh!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking to finance a vehivle O cant thank him enough for all he did. He was a blessing to me and I appreciate it.


Worst Dealership Ever!!!

Liars! Never followed through on getting my parents their title, etc. Stuck with a car that they can’t drive because the the temporary plates ran out and no one will ever call them back! Been over 6 weeks and still no communication!!


Soft inquiry turned out to be hard inquiries

I was told that they run my credit but it wold be a soft inquiry and they turned to be no only one, but two hard inquiries, and all that for nothing.


Will do anything to make a sale

We were lied to when we bought a car! We were told Sweeney would cover a warranty on our car for 12 months or 12,000 miles after the factory warranty expired. When I went to get our A/C fixed at 53,000 mileage, only 3,000 over the factory warranty, I was told the warranty was only the first year which makes no sense to begin with! Will never buy a car there again if their practice is to lie when making a sale! Do not buy a car from liars!
