After spending over $25,000 I was very surprised to find less than 1/2 tank of gas. The sales rep did a fine job but I felt I left the dealership with a less than positive feeling if someone is expecting a return customer. Was it worth it for the amount of money it would have cost to fill the tank and have the customer leave with a more positive outcome.

Thank you for your feedback Mr. Sherrier. It is common policy at dealerships to fill the gas tanks of new cars while pre-owned vehicles do not get topped off. We always make sure there is at least a quarter of a tank of gas in pre-owned vehicles. I am sorry to hear this left you with a bad feeling. Excellent Dealership
Wanted a new car, but didn't think we could afford what I wanted. Wanted an XT5, but then I saw the XT4. We drove it and instantly loved it. Ron, the salesman was very accommodating and we ended up buying the smaller version. The dealership is beautiful and everyone there was very nice. My favorite was when I picked up the car they had a ribbon and bow on the steering wheel with my name imprinted and congratulating me on my purchase. Made me feel special.

Great Service Department
