We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! Y'all definitely made a friend in us!

Excellent from start to finish.

Excellent from start to finish. I called and spoke to Patrick and explained that I was 3 hours away. He made the transaction very smooth and was always available when I had a question. Could not be more happy with the finance people as well. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

The transmission fluid was replaced and the transmission

The transmission fluid was replaced and the transmission was flushed but I wasn’t informed if they found any foreign material in the fluid that would account for the clunking noise that I hear in the driveline. Hoping to hear something back to my concern.

Just had my first service done on my new 2025 Maverick

Just had my first service done on my new 2025 Maverick and I couldn’t be more pleased. Less than an hour I was back on the road and they even cleaned her up! The waiting area is cozy and clean and you can watch from the big bay window as they work on your vehicle. Quick, thorough, and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that! Thanks guys and see you on the next visit!

Service was great. Searra was informative. Appreciated the loaner as it took a couple days to complete replacement of 3 valve stem sensors, as the parts were not in stock.
