PURCHASED A VEHICLE HERE IN LATE OCT 2025.
PURCHASED A VEHICLE HERE IN LATE OCT 2025. USED. WAS IN SHOP FOR A MONTH AND A HALF SO THEY USED MOST OF MY 3/3000 WARRANTY NOW IT IS BACK IN AND ONLY NEEDS AN ALERNATOR I BELIEVE AND TOOK IT IN LAST THURSDAY AND HERE IT IS MONDAY AND STILLNOT DONE. I HAVE 30 YEARS CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE AND IF THEY SAY THEY HAVE 22 OR 23 TECHS WHY DOES IT TAKE FOREVER TO FIX A JEEP. ALL THOSE TECHS JUST STAND AROUND AND DO NOTHING? I ALSO KNOW THAT IF THEY TELL ME THEY ARE WAITING ON PARTS WHY CAN'T THEY FIND ONE AT ANOTHER DEALER??? I PERSONALLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GETTING A VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE. I GET THE FEELING IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK TO REPLACE WIPER BLADES. VERY FRUSTRATED.

Linda, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating vehicle repairs can be, especially when they involve warranty coverage and parts availability. In this case, your vehicle repair is delayed due to a manufacturer's backorder on the required part. Unfortunately, when parts are unavailable nationwide through the OEM, neither we nor other dealers can expedite the repair until the manufacturer releases the part. While we staff a full team of technicians, no repair can be completed without the necessary components. Our General Manager, my team, and I have remained in communication with you and your husband and will complete the repair as soon as the part arrives.
