The title to this is so frail in comparison to my feelings about the experience. I went into the store with a postcard in hand and hope of winning a great prize. We attempted to look at the option of trading in our car during their special, but due to certain circumstances, we were unable to. The guys came together and listened to me describe our particular situation and were able to get us into a new to us car at a better value. All in all, I was vastly surprised we left the lot with anything other than disappointment at not being able to get a new car.

We stopped to just look around. Needless to say I drove off the lot a little while later with a New to me Ride.The Explorer that we got is Beautiful and was Very Well taken care of by the Little old Lady that previously owned it. Mike was a Great Guy to deal with and Nick? even came in to work to do the paperwork. All of this on a late Saturday afternoon staying over after hours. We were Very Impressed. Easy peasy. My vehicle search wasn?t panning out in my area so I took my search online. Found a heck of a deal and decided to go for a drive. I ended up at an eclectic retro ford dealership and reSin Streator IL. Service was great, price was better and Ift with two new keys in my pocket.

We were looking to upgrade to a better truck. A friend suggested for us to go to Star Ford because of his great experience with getting a truck there. Told us to ask for Don Drysdale. He said that he would find us exactly what we wanted. Don was excellent. Not only did he find us the truck we wanted, but his professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness was outstanding! No heavy pressure sales talk at all. In fact all staff that we dealt with there were the same way. Really made the best vehicle shopping time that we have ever had. So happy with our choice. Will always go to Star Ford for any other vehicle purchases from now on!
