I was looking for a new to me car. I stopped at Star Ford and had the best car buying experience ever. Everybody was so nice and helpful and I'm looking forward to getting to know the service department since I'm planning to have all service done there. A big thanks to Mike for being so nice and helping me.

I'll tell you what, I was in dire need of a vehicle late in the work day. Both Brandon and Nick stayed late in the evening to ensure that I left that with the right solution. Never once did I see them lose patience no matter how confusing or demanding I was acting. Their outstanding customer service made me feel comfortable of going forward and buying the car! All I have to say is my next car purchase I will, "Buy from Brando"

I'm a car shopper and it's been years since I bought again from Star Ford and this time around was amazing, stress free, and answered all my concerns. Offered me extra and additional warranties for the same price as a standard warranty. The new general manager is bringing new, great ideas to the lot of inventory. I worked with Nick Durdan and it was a great experience from start to finish. Not only did he go out of his way to make sure I had everything I wanted for a great price, but the atmosphere is family like, I sure didn’t feel like I was at a high pressure car dealership at all! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Star Ford!

Let me start by saying, I normally hate going on a dealers lot, looking to see what they have in stock. Sales people seem to wait til you get into a spot where there is only one way out, waiting til you're trapped, then they pounce! On Saturday, November 25th, I tried to sneak in and check out the used trucks at Star Ford. Mike Hagerty caught me looking and came out to give me the usual spiel, or so I thought. Mike was very pleasant, not at all pushy, listened to what I had to say and asked the right questions! He quickly narrowed down what I was looking for, made a few recommendations, and was very knowledgeable about what was in stock. Since I was pressed for time, I declined a test drive but gave Mike my name and number and told him that I may be back on Monday to take a particular truck out for a drive. On Monday I returned, and this is what amazed me, Mike remembered my name without me having to remind him, and knew which trucks I had narrowed my decision down too! To make a long story short, I took the test drive Monday, made my decision on Tuesday, and drove the truck off the lot on Thursday! I met everyone from the service department manager to the dealership owner in just a few short days, and everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Mike's fellow salesmen were even helpful, which I really have never experienced at another dealership! Star Ford has a great team atmosphere to go along with a nice inventory, and good deals! Very happy with this entire transaction!

Thank You Brandon, Nick, and keith. Star Ford Staff and Service have been great all around. Service, rentals and now I can add trading and buying new to the list with the dealership. I love my truck!!

Excellent service and help in finding the truck I wanted. They took the time to help me locate what I wanted and went and got it for me took care of everything I need.

We have been buying cars from Star Ford in Streator Illinois for the past 30+ years. Do I like other cars...sure! But what brings me back to Star Ford is the great service you get from the salesman down to the service department. We bought a slightly used car with few miles from them this past April. (2017) We also bought the extended warranty. Needless to say we encountered a "BIG" engine problem. A loaner car was immediately given to us and they started to look for the problem. After 37 days and 2 adjusters my car was returned fixed. No charge. Of course it wasn't as easy as that. Keith (service manager) fought for me to get things covered under my warrenty. I can't thank him enough for that! But you see....he and others are what keeps us coming back. They go above and beyond to make things right for the customer. When looking for a car, I recommend Star Ford of Streator. You can't go wrong. They care.

Brandon was vary helpful in finding us a good family car that meets our needs and helped us find one that will last us a really long time and he gave us a lot of info on the car and I would recommend all my friends to go to star ford in streator. :)
