    Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. No pressure on car deal or extras. Process was quick and sales staff negotiated fairly on price. Would definitely... return here.

    Looked at 2 different used BMW's. First one had a bad engine knock. Second one had salt all over engine. That one was definitely in the hurricane and had... major problems. Guarantee they will put some additive in the engine to quiet the knock and rest assured that will wash off the salt so the next guy has no clue looks U do. DON'T BUY A USED CAR HERE! OMG!

    Sales dept rocks, but the service area is terrible! No follow up with timely recalls. Had my oil change months ago and was told I would get a call the... following week for a recalled part. Finally after months of calling, it is here. Now I was told I could not have a Saturday appointment because they were understaffed. I asked how late they were open during the week and was told 8pm. So when I asked for appointment, I was told I had to come by 3pm due to their staffing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    Do NOT buy from this Bill Doroty Kia of Medina!! Buyers beware! Go spend your money elsewhere. I was told by sales girl that when I buy from them they... have “customer for life” Which is lifetime engine guaranteed on New & used vehicles, Maintanance for a year and something else! Anyways, I made a mistake and bought used BMW from them in March for my daughters 16th bday. Just drove about 1,000+ miles(was mostly in garage) and engine went out. I called them and had it towed there. Kia services said engine will need to be replaced! I thought this dealer had my back! NO! The owner or the manager would not honor the “customer for life” and some other warranty(which was 3months and 3,000miles or less and I only drove 1,500 ish miles ). Now they gave me choice if I want them to fix it, cost is about $9,000! Which I’ll have to come up with. This car that I paid over $14,000, they want me to bear all the cost by myself!! ��. Wonder what that “customer for life” policy that seller had in front of me when she was making sale was for??? She said it came with it as I am buying from them. So I didn’t bother to register why guy inside(financing) asked me if I want to buy additional warranty!! They need to train their salespeople and make customers aware what this stupid policy covers! Owner wouldn’t honor any wrong doing by his sales person! Not even paying half cost! He does offer to buy it back for $2,000!!! Yes that $14,000+ that I paid, literally became $2,000!!! Buyers, beware!!! They sell junk from my own experience and what I saw in reviews. I regret buying from them and wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to buy used vehical from them. I dislike posting bad reviews for any businesses,but, I had to do it so no one else has to deal with what I have to deal with. I wouldn’t even give one star! I’m EXTREMELY disappointed from this dealer! ����

    Unethical. Sales manager over inflated value of trade ins and then demands on 10th day for either a renegotiation of contract or demands payment claiming... trade in is not operational and cannot be sold. Threatens repossession when questioned. Do yourself a huge favor and walk away from bill doraty.

    This place was a joke from the service department all the way to the salesman that didn't greet me for an hour as I walked around the dealership. you guys... only care about money and not helping your customers. Service Department told me my tires was the reason for my Transmission slipping, even on rims a cars Transmission will shift just like it should, it just wont pick up speed

    I purchased my lease car from Justin Murphy, Great sales person, efficient, kind and caring, then they added keyless entry and the service department... with David Pretnick did the best job ever, it couldn't have been any smoother, from the rental car to being on schedule when I came for pick up, and they even washed my car too. The Finance department was awesome too! you don't hear that much.

    I was looking for a specific car and found it at Bill Doraty. Working with Justin Murphy was a pleasure to work with and get me the price I wanted without... a lot of hassle!! A single issue I had with the car was immediately corrected and again without any questions or hassle! Also the manager was there to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.
