    It really make sense to me when I see so many bad reviews about this dealer. My experience there were terrible. They don't treat their clientes with any... respect. Don't go there, it's a waist of time.

    I bought my car from a used lot with 11500 miles great looking car drive great, 1 month later I started having transmission problems I brought it to Paul... Miller Nissan which was close by. They had problems with the VIN number so they didn't want to warranty the car. After looking into it further the car in registration transfer the mileage was entered wrong. The cars transmission completely went out. Bringing it back to the dealership they said they could not replace the transmission but the fixed a part in it instead. Getting the car back it had a shake in the front end and a grinding feeling. I brought it back they said nothing was wrong a week later the right motor mount broke I had the car towed to the dealership where they fixed the mount. The car has had a horrible vibration almost grinding feeling since the work done. The right wheal has continuously had a shake. I brought it back they said the ball joint was loose so they tightened it. Drove it the it was still shaking. I brought it back they said they needed to replace the ball joint. They did I took it again still feel the grinding feeling and shake. Take it back they told me the tie rod was Bent they fixed it. I also had them do an alignment and back brakes and rotors. Well my back brakes are squealing now. And the alignment was not done properly because my wheel was not aligned properly . Take it back again because I'm still having the same proble however the shake in the tire is a little less now. I go back they said the strut was bad. They replace the strut and redid the alignment. Once again I leave hoping it is fixed. Nope wrong the shake is still there and still have the grinding feeling. I go back again this time they test drive it with me the tech said that my torque converter is sticking which is causing the grinding feeling and the shake, I bring it in to be repaired and now I'm given the run around now they say my tires are not balanced but they are brand new tires, so I still have the grinding feeling and shake and my car only has 29000 miles on it and does not run good at all. I'm gonna bring it somewhere to have a reputable dealership look at my car and hopefully get it fixed once and for all. Please stay away from this place now I'm wondering if they even did the work they said they did. Not to mention the sevice Manager was extreamly rude. Not good customer service at all.

    We had the pleasure of working with Jose L. on a Saturday and he took SO much time working with us on car choice, the buying process, and ending our current... lease with our current Altima (which we also purchased through Paul Miller Nissan). The facilities are SO much nicer now and Jose couldn't have been nicer to work with. He was calm, collected, knowledgeable, and really low pressure and helped us get a GREAT deal. His attention to us as customers, making us feel comfortable here (refreshments, etc.). He is awesome to work with and the dealership is fantastic.

    On Saturday, March 9, 2019, my husband and I drove from Fall River, Massachusetts to look at a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR Turbo 6 Speed. My husband and I took... the car for a test drive with our sales person Brian Long. When we got back to the dealership to talk numbers, and we specified that this was a transfer of registration. We also met with the Business Manager Paula Ramos, and we were advised that we would have the loan information on Monday, March 11, 2019. We were also told that the car would be ready for pick up on Saturday, March 16, 2019. We asked to leave a deposit and were advised by the Business Manager Paula Ramos that we did not have to. Paula called me on Monday, March 11, 2019, with the loan information. Paula also said that the paperwork would be overnighted to me, so I would be able to sign the documents and send it back to speed the process up of registering the car. On Thursday, March 14, 2019, Paula called me stating that the car would not be registered. My husband and I called back later that day and spoke with Paula trying to figure out why the car would not be registered, and that was when we were told that this was a new registration. Paula argued with me that we never said that this was a transfer of registration. I then asked to speak to another manager and when I was speaking with the Used Car Sales Manager Dennis, I could hear Paula in the background laughing and stating, “that I never said that the car would be registered”. My husband spoke with Dennis explaining again that this was a transfer of registration. Dennis then said that he would refund the money that was paid for the tax, title and registration fee via a check when we pick the car up. When we arrived on Saturday, March 16, 2019, to pick up the car, we were told there was no one to issue a check, so they refunded the money to my debit card. My husband noticed that the windows did not have the VIN etching that I paid $279 for. My husband then called back, spoke with our sales person Brian, and was told a check would be mailed to us. It took two weeks to receive the refund check for the Vin etching. I was disappointed that the vehicle was not washed, cleaned or vacuumed. I spent four hours of my time to clean the vehicle, in which I did not feel that I had to clean the vehicle. On Monday, March 18, 2019, I went to my insurance company to have the RMV 1 Form stamped, and my insurance agent realized that the Vin Number was incorrect on the RMV 1 Form. I then spoke with the General Manager Mike, and he had all the documents including the RMV 1 Form with the correct Vin Number overnighted to my insurance company. Mike also told us that the taxes were paid for. When we went to register the vehicle, we were told that the taxes were not paid, and we had to pay the taxes at the Registry. I am extremely upset that I am paying for the taxes twice since this was all rolled into my loan. I am very unhappy with the service, the treatment, and running around. The only reason why I kept the car was that it had everything I wanted. I did not enjoy the new car buying experience. I will never even consider doing business again at your dealership.

    Rithy was our salesman he’s a very polite and professional young man he explained everything well and kept us in our budget. What I also like about him... and the dealership is the fact that even when we got the car they take the time to make sure we are comfortable in our vehicle weeks later this is my second review on them.     Fantastic experience! I needed to take my mother and her sister vehicle shopping. Our very first stop car shopping ended up being the only stop car shopping.... Our sales person Kasha, was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen and completely understood the needs of my mother and aunt. She sat in the car with each of them explaining all the features and patiently demonstrating each one along with a test drive. The price was less than I expected with no haggling. Both the lease price and outright sales price were very competitive. I have been buying cars for 30 years and was never compelled to write a review or refer a friend to a dealership until today. I would highly recommend Paul Miller Nissan in Fairfield. You will experience the benchmark of what a motor vehicle purchase should be.

    Bought a CPO Nissan Titan with 13K miles from their con artist of a salesman Brian Long who will tell you any lie he needs to too make the sale. He told... me my truck was a single owner from the south and it was a 1yr lease. I notice all the rust underneath and said this truck is obviously from the north but him and his coworker assured me several times it wasn’t. Come to find out after I bought the truck it was actually an Enterprise rental from NY. One owner with a thousand different drivers beating on it, way to go Miller Nissan! I’ve had to take the truck to my local Nissan dealership varies times for transmission issues and engine coolant leak issues. I’ve only been driving the truck for 3 months and it still has less than 15K miles. Their CPO is a joke they probably never even looked at my truck. My local dealer said the TSB recalls for the transmission were never even done. Any shady used car dealership would be better than this place. They shouldn’t even be allowed to call themselves a Nissan dealer.

    Lies, Lies, Lies and more Lies that’s what you can expect from this place. Paid them a $200 extra to get a set of chrome tow mirrors for a truck that I... was purchasing from them. I drove 3 hours down there to pick up the truck and mirrors because I was told they were going to have them. While I was signing the paperwork for the truck I asked about the mirrors and the finance manager didn’t know anything about them. She called my sales guy Brian Long to the office to find out where they were and he said they had already mailed them to my house and I would have them no later than Wednesday. To make a long story short, it’s been about 4 months and after dozens of calls, emails and text messages I still don’t have my mirrors. They keep putting the blame on their service manager Greg who I don’t even know exists. I’ve asked several times to have this Greg guy give me a call but he never calls. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone from this place to give you a call once they have your money. Unfortunately I think the only way I will ever see my parts that I paid for is to get a lawyer is sue them.

    I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission... which did not make me happy. Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
