Great Help Under Chaotic Circumstances

We are a family of 4. Dad, mom, 2 daughters, 1 Cat and 2 fish. Living in Fairfield makes it tough when we are middle income gals. Our main car was getting old with over 156K miles and it was time for a new one. From the moment we arrived at Miller Nissan in Fairfield we were greeted by the Sales Rep Stefanie Martillo whom assisted us and right away gave us a car. She and her Manager were truly of big help. I recommend this place to anyone who needs expertise. Thanks Stefanie and Manager!

After having a horrendous experience at another Nissan

After having a horrendous experience at another Nissan Dealership in Middlebury, my son and I came here to look at trading in my leased Sentra and leasing a new one. What an wonderful experience. From the time we walked in the door, we felt like a priority. The professionalism was unmatched. We dealt with both Marlyng and Paula and I cannot say enough positive things about both of them. When the time comes, we will certainly come back and use them again. Thank you for making this painless.

Frantz made the process with buying a car very easy. Frantz was able to give me options without any pressure. I feel it is important to have a salesperson like him. I was able to leave with a brand new 2022 Sentra that I love!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Don't believe the Carfax.

I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Rogue in June 2021. As soon as I got it home it needed a new back up light and I had told whoever put the old one in did it wrong. 2 months later I got a message that it needed all kinds of maintenance. I thought it had been serviced at the dealership. Also when I drove there from New York I was told the car had some scratches which I had not previously been informed of. The sales people are great except for that. The service department is terrible.

Disgusted

If I could give zero stars I would. A month ago I went into Miller and was told that I could get a 2021 rogue for 475 a month that they didn’t even have on the lot yet. They said it would be that price when the vehicle came in. Then I was told when the rogue came in that it would be 485 a month. I was aggitated by that but was still okay with the price. This was on Friday. I told the sales person I could not make it to Miller until Monday. On Monday morning, I checked in with the sales person to make sure we were set to go. I took a half day from work and went to the shop. When I got there I was told that the best price they can do is 500 a month. A 3 day gap with no warning of the increased price. I do not recommend buying any vehicles from Miller Nissan. Executive and Napoli Nissan are far more professional, upfront and honest. I was made promises that were broken more than once at Miller. I am highly disgusted with this establishment.

Great place. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you like family. This is my second car from them. Victor was my salesperson this time, and he was fantastic! And the service people are all great too...cleanest service dept. I've ever seen! Highly recommend coming her if you're in the market for a Nissan.

I have purchased my fourth Nissan from Paul Miller Nissan. My go to Sales Associate is Kasha, she knows her products well and has a very pleasant personality. When I am buying a car or any other expensive product, I research it and come prepared to get as close to my price as possible. Kasha does her best to see that we both can say a good deal was made. I also praise the service department which I use for all my Nissan vehicles. The service team is also very good at what they do and are managed by a true professional. I do not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Give the a try, you willow be diss appointed. Joe and Joyce Sherman
