Service department? Liars, crooks and thieves !! Try to sell you things you don't need and tell you brand new parts are bad and NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION and get mad when you say No to the repair.

Car buying experience

We have used woodhouse many times for previous purchases and repairs, this last experience has us second guessing if we will ever again. We had to call at least 6 to 8 times, because someone dropped the ball on paying off a trade in vehicle. I called within 3 days and I’ll get my Mazda back in trade in a different vehicle instead we were told that it was too late in the process. However; The mustang that we had traded in wasn’t paid off and it took so many phone calls to get this resolved. We would leave messages for them to call us back no one would call us back. So we would have to call again. Chancellor is the only one it was professional and went out of her way to help us so kudos to her Customer Service Skills. It is is very frustrating especially when I wanted to get the Mazda back in trade in the Highlander instead and we were told it was too late in the process and nothing had been paid off yet. And like I said that was within three days. This whole car buying experience has a list a bad taste in our mouth we had wish that we had never even done this at this point.

Absolute best new car buying experience ever!

Absolute best new car buying experience ever! Matt McDermott was such a pleasure to work with. No pressure, no sales tactics and no gimmicks. I saw the Rogue online and negotiated the purchase price and trade-in value with Matt via phone, email and text over a span of a couple of weeks. He went above and beyond to get me the information on several Rogues without being annoying or persistent (the first Rogue I was looking at sold so we had to start over with a second). We drove 2 hours to finalize the vehicle and pick it up and there were no surprises. Matt and the team at Woodhouse Nissan has earned a customer for life. Thank you for such a pleasant car-buying experience. If you are in the market for a new Nissan, call Matt first!!

Customer Service???

Customer Service?? We drove in yesterday almost an hour away to look at a brand new Pathfinder and parked right in front and got out looking in windows. No one came out to us and the few salesmen we did see were busy running vehicles around. Drove over to Corwin Toyota and test drove the Highlander. Wanted to compare to the Pathfinder so we drove back into the dealership right out front of the building and looked at the Armada thinking maybe someone would notice us and still no one. Finally, we actually walked into the dealership building and we saw 3 salesmen 1 of which actually looked directly at us and then looked back down at his computer. We walked out of the dealership and went to the Edwards Nissan in Council Bluffs to finally do our test drive. Woodhouse, where is your customer service??

Used cars are junk their with zero warranty

Used cars are sold as is once you leave thlot good luck had problem with the car 2 days later . I think they knew the car had problems

Great Experience!!!

My daughter and I were very pleased with the services of Ernesto Bueno! He was courteous and helped answer all our questions about leasing. He didn’t feel comfortable until we did. Our deal wrapped up after hours but Ernesto made it feel like the place was open for business. He even took pictures of my daughter in her new car! Bought a used nissan murano

Started the shopping process of looking for an SUV on Woodhouse website. We went to the Nissan dealer in Bellevue after finding a 2013 Murano that fit our needs. Nick was quick to help. He brought the Murano out so we could test drive and helped start the buying process. The experience was quick and efficient.
