I was notified of a recall on my truck, notice was very bright orange postcard type. could not miss this notice, made my appointment for the next day.... bright orange card is a great idea could not miss it in the other mail. arrived for my appointment, paper work complete, have a seat, should be finished within the hour. corrective action completed within the hour, vehicle washed drove out one happy camper. great customer service

I am a lifelong Medina resident and have been purchasing Chevys since the 60's. My first car was a chevy Malibu that I purchased from galuccis dealership... in 1966.i have always tried to shop locally.My last 3 vehicles from Pat obrien south andI have worked with Mike Vincent for all of purchases. Mike is a wonderful representative for the dealership.He is the poster boy for customer service. Always answering all questions promptly.Explains everything about the new vehicle simply and completely.He makes suggestions in models etc that let you know he is a great listener. He never pressures me but follows up consistently year in and year out. I was so impressed with mike that i referred my sister and brother in law to him and he has helped them with 3 vehicles.
