Tim Mangiameli was wonderful in helping me get a new car, he even came and picked me up which is Excellent Customer Service because I did not have a car... I was originally looking at a different car but the one I have is 2 year's new he was really nice and never pressured me to choose a car I did not want the staff that I encounter durning my visit was really nice and polite as well I would definitely go back in the future

Rodney Page and Jacob were very nice and helpful! I had a dissatisfied experience at the bellevue location a few days before I came the the lavista location... and lavista made up for my bad experience. They made things right and got me the deal that I wanted! Very satisfied with the experience and the new 2018 Jeep Compass I purchased!

Oh my God, where do I start? Two weeks after getting my 2016 Jeep Renegade, the fuel pump went out while I was driving to work. I was in the middle lane... of 80E at 7:40 in the morning when it died. Of course I got hit by the car behind me. The cops came and shut down 3 lanes of traffic so they could push me off the highway until I could get towed. It was towed to the dealership that day, but of course the service department didn’t even look at it until the next week. Other problems over the last 6 months: battery died when the fuel pump died, the dealership broke my key and had to backorder another one, trim was falling off, my car has randomly taken to not starting, a cable is loose and keeps the hood from latching, etc. This week I took it in to get an oil change and address the loose cable and battery/electrical system issues. All they did was change the oil. They guy there when I went to pick it up, Wes, said they must not have read the issues, and he took pictures of the loose cable and said he would tell the service advisor to look at the remaining two issues. He said they would hook it up to a tester that took about 3 hours but would test the battery and the whole electrical system. Next day I got a text that said they had to backorder a part to keep the cable down. I said “Wes told me you guys were gonna look at the battery and electrical system, too.” No response. Today I get a text asking if it was working fine since I picked it up. I said, “I haven’t picked it up because no one said it was ready! Have you guys looked at the battery/electrical?” I called a manager, Justin, and he said he would look into it. An hour later I got a voicemail from Paul saying that he wasn’t aware of the battery/electrical issues (despite it being on the original ticket, we told Wes who said he’d relay it, and I sent him two text messages re:same). Obviously no one there has any pride in their work and/or any knowledge about their work. I have never in my whole life dealt with a company that was so completely incompetent and apathetic. In the 6 months I’ve had my car, at least one month out of that I’ve been unable to drive it for one reason or another (it wouldn’t start or it was at the dealership). Why am I paying for a car I can’t drive?! Luckily we have a spare car, so as long as it dies before I leave the house, I’m fine. However, if we didn’t have an extra car, I would be screwed and could have even lost my job.

Fed up on trying to get sales, finance manager to return call or email. When I purchased my truck I was shown numbers for another and they tried to force... me into financing that one. On that truck I was given a great deal and accepted thinking it was the truck they had me driving for three days already. However after I looked at all the paperwork it was a truck I had never even seen or drove. After hours of dealing with it I finally said give me the one I had been driving. Now looking back I lost almost $7k of rebate that was offered on the other truck. When trying to get any answers even the day following the sale there has been no response. Worst service ever. Contacted Matt and Mickey with no response. Even the sales person has not responded. I gave them ample time to explain this and the only reason we signed the paperwork is all the staff had left so no one was there and finance manager assured he would handle the follow up. If needed we could sign new paperwork the next day. Well that hasn't happened and it's been weeks. Next step contact the State and attorney to resolve crooked practice or bait and switch on customer.
