I dealt with Steve French. I ask for him specifically when I need service work done. He's always professional, keeps me informed, and doesn't talk "down" to me. He's very respectful and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is done correctly. After buying dozens of new cars in my life, and dealing with just as many Service Technicians, I can honestly say without reservation, he's the BEST I've ever encountered!!!

I have been extremely satisfied with the sale and service of my vehicle at H&H Chevrolet. My sales person was diligent in helping us get into a vehicle we wanted and he was very friendly. The service department was quick and friendly. Everyone at H&H Chevrolet has gone above and beyond what I had ever expected. Thank you to all at the dealership!

First off, I brought my Chevy Spark into the dealership the week prior to Thanksgiving Day to have my windshield fluid fixed. This past week the same thing happened again. Matt did a great job. I just have not been satisfied from day one with services from buying this car and on! Overall I am thankful for the assistance you all have given.

Dan Hamilton consistently does a tremendous job. He is very accommodating. He kept me posted on the status of my vehicle and arranged a shuttle to takeme to and from the dealership. He is always friendly and greets me by name. Always fantastic service.

Every time I have came there to take my car for in for work they have been do very helpful and the customer service is outstanding

When I got to the dealership Ronnell was the service tech. He was great. He called me the next day to let me know what was going on and when to expect my car to be finished. He called me later when it was finished. This was a traumatic thing to have happen since my grandchildren were in the car with me when the engine lost power. Ronnell was very understanding and put me at ease.

Ronnel is easy to work with and professional. He listens and makes sure he understands what I am trying to describe in order to fix the car. I absolutely HATE my car but I am very impressed with H & H Chevy (NOT KIA) Service Department.

I purchased a new 2013 Chevrolet Traverse this week. My sales experience probably could not have gone much better. I worked with John Niggemeyer for nearly a month. John showed me several vehicles, was extremely patient with me and showed an interest in making me the best deal possible in the right car for me. This included e-mails, phone calls and visits to the lot. John should be rcognized and commended for the work he did and the work he does. John has made it more than likely that when I am looking for a new vehicle I will start at H&H.

Had the check engine light come on so I brought my company car in to look at it and get it fixed along with an oil change.

My experience was great Dan took good care of me got me set up with a loaner car and then got my car into the shop and looked at. It was done by the end of the day and I was able to pick it up the next day.
