My worst service experience ever.

My worst service experience ever. Went in for $75 fluid leak and ended up spending $4509. Without car for week and a half, loaner car refused.

The service Manager is always professional, and

The service Manager is always professional, and knowledgeable. The work is always excellent with no issues at all. The labor expense at 195/hr and the markup on Parts is however excessive.

Came in to get an oil change—-ran a diagnostic and

Came in to get an oil change—-ran a diagnostic and informed me my brakes were completely shot. I had know idea. A service light had been on but I just assumed oil change. They had brakes in stock and made the time to replace them in under and hour so I didn’t need to make another appointment.
