Mercedes-Benz are the safest cars on the planet

On December 22, 2018, I was driving home with a family member on a two-lane highway in the dark when a deer crossed in front of us. The cruise control was set when the front of my 2018 AMG GLE 43 squarely struck the deer. In the flash of a millisecond, the safety features activated and the vehicle stopped itself perfectly aligned in the middle of the lane. A few seconds later, as the vehicle was still filling with airbag dust, a voice came over the speakers identifying themselves as an employee of Mercedes-Benz saying they saw we had been in an accident. They asked about our condition and what assistance we needed. Thanks to M-B's safety features my passenger and I were unharmed. However, our vehicle was incapacitated and required a tow truck. The friendly voice immediately found an available tow truck in the area and dispatched them to our location. The vehicle was ultimately deemed a total loss and I replaced it with another 2018 AMG GLE 43. Thank you to the Mercedes-Benz engineering team and everyone associated with M-B for literally saving the lives of me and my passenger. You have a customer for life!

Omaha Mercedes Excellent Customer service

Was looking for specific car in my budget and had enquired online .In couple of hours Chris Rath had the car I wanted. Went over to show room had look at he car and agreed on price and the car was ready as promised!!. Will certainly do business with Chris Rath and Mercedes of Omaha again. Appreciate the service. Give the brand and this dealership a try. You'll be glad you did. Special shout out to the general manager, John. No one cares for their customers more than he does.

Unpleasant Dealership

I previously went to the dealership to look at a am63 G-wagon. The salesman sized me up very quickly and ignored me while I was there. I went online and purchased a amg63 in Texas from TheMarkMotors in which the experience was great. I drove the vehicle back and there were a couple of things that needed to be addressed. I set an appointment with Baxter Mercedes dealership in Omaha. I went and talked to the finance manager and asked a out a warranty for the vehicle because it was a 2016 with 23000 miles. After returning to pick up my vehicle, I was ignored for close to one hour, I was talked down to when I did talk to the Finance guy, and when complained to the service manager, he said he would set it right and I then never heard from him again. The whole experience was very distasteful and unpleasant. I guess I was under dressed when I went to the dealership.
