McMullen Ford is the absolute best place to go!

McMullen Ford is the absolute best place to go! I get oil changes there every other month it feels like and have put a ton of miles on my car but they keep it looking and running like new. They are great to work with; kind and honest. 10/10. Will buy my next car from them.

This dealership exhibits the total package when

This dealership exhibits the total package when purchasing a vehicle Ron Archer worked most the day with to ensure we could find a car with the right tools at the right price. All my questions were answered with up front honesty. I went home with a vehicle I liked because Ron took the time to show and demonstrate to me why my vehicle as specials and top notch. Mr. McMullen can be proud of the people who work for him. In our lifetime we are fortunate to find people such as Ron, Josh and Pete who put the customer first. I will buy my future vehicles from this dealership. Hats off to a top-notch group of people who define the meaning of sales.

Very bad experience with the service department.

Very bad experience with the service department. Submitted my review previously. I knew what needed to be done when I brought it in, They insisted on doing a diagnostic when the truck had no issues. I just wanted a program change so I could see the status of my DPF filter. Did damage to the truck and then tried to way over charge for the repairs. They want $975 to change a $160 hose and 20 minutes of labor. That's what it took me to do it.
