They were unprofessional and did not honor my warranty. Under the warranty they said no deductible would be paid if it falls under it. They continued to tell me even though my warranty covers it, I need to do a deductible. They also patched up my exhaust instead of fixing it.

Professional and courteous. We took our 3 year old car in to get an issue looked at. We had a misunderstanding over the warranty. The service representative made it right. With all previous recalls and warranty fixes everything was done promptly and professionally.
