Some mix up in the beginning.
Some mix up in the beginning. The issue was resolved. Salesmen kept his word by calling me back with in a hour as promised, once he fix the mix up earlier that day.

A little miscommunication in negotiation.
A little miscommunication in negotiation. In the context of required maintenance that we spoke about with the next oil change would be at 21k, I negotiated that as part of the deal. When I asked for it in writing, Tyler said it was just an oil change as opposed to the full 21k maintenance. I insisted that if the only maintenance was in 21k, then there was no oil change to speak about. And our discussion was in context to the required maintenance. He then agreed. Taylor gave me lessons on all of the digital aspects of the car. She gets high marks and is invaluable to the dealership.

Great experience all the way around your manager, Jim Aiken, is outstanding. One thing that I do not care for, is the black suit attire. I like my sales people to see more approachable, not dressed like they're working at a wedding venue.

Dannielle made our purchase so easy and pleasant. Those are not words we would have ever associated with car buying in the past. We live in Texas and found the car we have wanted for over a year at this Connecticut dealership. To say that we were initially nervous to buy a car completely virtual is an understatement. However, Dannielle was so responsive, accommodating, positive and encouraging throughout the whole transaction. She sent us multiple photos and videos. Answered all of our questions. Even offered to Facetime with us. She helped us secure the vehicle for purchase all the way through helping us find a great shipping company to make sure our investment made it safely over 2000 miles to our front door. We also want to give a shout out to Jarod in the Finance department. Honestly, everyone we worked with at the dealership was so professional and helpful.
