Do NOT buy from Daddario Cadillac.
Do NOT buy from Daddario Cadillac. They sold me a 2021 gmc sierra 1500 with 27,000 miles on it. Didn’t argue price, all I asked for was they change the tires on the vehicle as they were bald. When I picked the truck up they didn’t even clean the truck out, there was still carpentry materials in the cab and bed from the previous owner. After getting the truck home the next day the engine began to misfire and throw all sorts of codes. Truck is still at a different dealership getting fixed. It has bad lifters and possibly bad cam. Daddario Cadillac has refused to make any sort of compensation or concessions of any kind. Basically told me tough luck. I couldn’t be any less pleased with my buying experience from this dealership. Odd coincidence the lights came on less than 60 miles after sale… makes you think they cleared the code and pushed it out the door. So much for their “170 point inspection” on certified pre owned vehicles. I am very lucky to know a reliable tech at a different dealership who I can trust. Unlike Daddario Cadillac.

Avoid at All Costs
This place is ok for buying a car but the service center is miserable to deal with. Each time I walk in there I'm greeted with an annoyance that is palpable. I am ignored when I try to explain problems, told I'm wrong, and referred to a sweetie or dear. Today was the last straw, I'm done. I'll find a good mechanic and my next car will be a Toyota or a Honda. Done with Nissan, if they don't care, why should I?

Great experience
We went to D'addario's about a used Volkswagen SUV. I worked with Ed and he was phenomenal! Never made us feel pressured and the dealership worked with us on getting into the car at the price we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Worst customer service and management . Stay far away !!!!! Also parked me on black ice with no consideration and I was injured very bad with my small child.

Simple oil change -- BUYER BEWARE!!
I would give this zero stars if I could. I have a new Buick. I went to this dealership to establish a long-term relationship. I told that directly to the young lady who spoke with me (after I was standing around for some time, waiting). She said she understood and I would have a great experience. I had this oil change scheduled in advance. The place was empty. And yet it took well over 2 hours for a simple oil change. When I inquired as to why it would take so long, all I received in reply was attitude from the individuals working there. Especially the service manager as I walked out. They even moved around my seat and both my side mirrors. I wanted to establish a relationship for the next 5-10 years. I wouldn't trust this dealership with a motor scooter.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!
I [urchaed a certified used 2018 GMC Terrain. The salesman was Sean Tucker. The day I picked it up was cloudy and raining. They made sure to tell me not to wash the car for a few days which I thought was weird since I was taking delivery of it on a rainy day. About a week later, I washed the vehicle. I noticed there was a scrape of some type on the surface of the right side rear rim. I could not imagine how it got there since I have been driving this vehicle like an old man. I brought it back to the dealer thinking I had done the damage somehow and was prepared to pay for it to get fixed. The service manager said it could be fixed for about $250.00. I said fine and went home. I sat down and looked at some pictures I took of the car the day I test drove it. It was then that I discovered that the damage was there prior to me purchasing the car. I called the salesman Sean Tucker. He said he would talk to his boss and get back to me. About an hour later, he called to tell me that they would not be responsible for fixing the rim. Bsically, they covered it up with some kind of chemical or paste and it come off once I washed the vehicle. I am now stuck paying fo something I did not do. I know that damage was not visible the day I picked it up. This was supposed to be a mint condition certified used vehicle. Sean did a nice snow job selling the vehicle, the service people did the rest. Theybasically told me, you didn't see it on delivery day, now you're stuck with the damage. I'm on a fixed income with lots of medical issues. I waited a very long time to save up to be able to get this vehicle and this is how they treated me. Do yourself a favor, if a GMC is what you seek, go to another dealer. You are only asking for problems here.
