Top notch level services, and sales from this dealership.

Top notch level services, and sales from this dealership. This is my 3rd Jeep from this dealership. I keep coming back for a reason. Clinton is the best of the best in sales, always finds me the Jeep I want with specs I want, and streamlines the buying process efficiently. Kenny is also top level in the financing department, and I would say is very fair and reasonable as well when it comes to devising a plan and price, and takes into consideration my loyalty to Jeep when he comes up with an option for me which I appreciate that. Craig in finance is also highly efficient, and even worked around my financing to fit my needs and goals, took extra time to ensure my expectations were met. John the manager wrote me a personal letter voicing appreciation and qualifications for future cars which went along way because it created a more personalized feel for my car leasing experience.

Matt is an amazing customer service leader!! Got me in and out real fast! Oil change! And Tire Rotation! Clean fast and friendly!! The staff is terrific!!

Well they had my Grand Cherokee 4xe for 8 hours.

Well they had my Grand Cherokee 4xe for 8 hours. Took care of one of the three issues it went in for. They also did a tire rotation and a 12 point inspection.

All the staff I talked to were great people.

All the staff I talked to were great people. I was introduced to the service manager who had the service work done to the used car we bought and he was very knowledgeable.

Took my 2025 Dodge Durango, that I've had for a month, for a starting issue. Problem was corrected but has since come back. I'm now convinced that this is the way the vehicle is supposed to start.

I bought a Diesel Ram 2500 this week. I was VERY pleased with my 2017, but decided to buy a new one at this time. Clifford made the process easy, as did his colleague in the business office.

I took my car to do a oil change for the fisrt time.

I took my car to do a oil change for the fisrt time. I think it was too much time to do just an oil change. Almost 2 1/2 hours. Other thatn that, the place looks good.
