fantastic

Don was so nice and he explained everything about the transaction and car. Buying this for my 16 year old granddaughter and he treated her well. Explained everything to her. Will definitely refer people to Don Hull and Ganley of Aurora. Was a great experience for a new driver and car owner.

MR.TALLADINO IS THE BEST.

I HAVE MADE SEVERAL PURCHASES AT THE PARTS COUNTER,AND THE PART I PURCHASED ON 6/6/14 WAS A TURN SIGNAL LAMP FOR MY MIRROR AND I HAD NO CLUE AS TO HOW TO PUT IT ON,AND HE CAME OUT TO MY VAN AND INSTALLED IT FOR ME,AND I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH,FOR WHAT HE DID FOR ME,AND HE IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL. I will only buy from Dan!

So my husband, son & I went after work one night to look at a car we saw online. Dan Katz helped us & got the deal done that night & drove it home that night!!! Ganley rescued us...

The team at Ganley of Aurora, OH is cream of the crop. We were in a horrible situtation with a brand new vehicle brought in for service. The service department, lead by Matt, certainly went above and beyond. (Including Holley!) Chrysler stood behind their customer satisfaction guarantee and with the help of Jon Graham, BJ Holmes & Tom (Chrysler) we were rescued. The service department deserves an A+. The sales team, including Ken in finance, also deserve an A+. They have most definately made us loyal customers. We cannot say enough good things about this dealership and Chrysler Corp. We will always recommend them! Thanks so very much for making us happy again & proud of our new car!

new to town

im a new to aurora and driving around town and in need of a car soon, so I stopped by Ganley C,D,J,R of aurora. My girlfriend and I we greeted by nice and inviting staff that were eager and wiling to help and find out what we were looking for. So when the time come we will come back. It was nice to be treated like person and not a number.

great experience

When I walked onto the lot, I was greeted very quickly. I had done my research and had a good idea of what I wanted, I just needed to get in one and drive it to see if I liked it. Jon was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I threw at him. Despite not having exactly what I wanted on the lot, they were able to track on down very quickly. it was definitely the best, and easiest car buying experience that I've ever had.

New Car Purchase

I was able to establish a price on the phone with John Bralek (including our trade-in price), and I drove 100 miles to Ganley of Aurora. My wife and I had a very good car buying experience. The money I saved and the friendliness of the dealership was well worth the drive.

2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude
