I used to the pick up and deliver service - on time and courteous driver. Our loaner for the da was a clean 2021 Nautilus. Our Nautilus was in for locating... and eliminating a creaking noise coming from somewhere in the left front. I expected that finding the problem would be an issue but, the mechanics/technicians were able to find the source of the noise and remedy it.
We have been buying vehicles and having them serviced by Crest Lincoln for close to 30 years and have never had any problems or reasons to bring our business... elsewhere. The Sales team and the Service team always go the extra mile to be sure the customer is thoroughly satisfied.

This is not same service department or dealership it use to be. It?s not as friendly and caring. No one seems happy anymore. I use to enjoy going up for... service because it was an enjoyable experience. I brought my car in this time for a recall. I had called and made the appointment to have the recall done and to have my back hatch looked at excises it doesn?t always close. I was told it would take only an hour or so, so I said would wait. Well when I got there the service people were like there was no way they could get the car done that quick. It may take hours. So I said forget the back hatch this time and just do the recall. I explained it was the recall for the auto stop and was told yea we know what it is. Well I got my car within an hour and after driving it for a while discovered it was still not fixed. I called and was told I never explained the auto hold. No, it?s because no one listened. Was told to come back and they would look at it again, no kidding. Well I don?t live around the corner so it now has to wait. I do not want anyone else driving me car so I do not want pick up. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience. I could go to Stevens Ford which is only a few. minutes from my home but I always went to Crest because it felt like an old time dealership that cared. No more. Everyone I knew is gone. Not sure what I will do at this point.

We traveled 2 hours to purchase a Lincoln Navigator from Crest Lincoln. The buying process was quick, easy, and professionally handled by all involved!... Eric Bacon was wonderful to deal with. We hope to have our Navigator for many years, but would definitely make the trip back to Crest to purchase another vehicle in the future.
