    Great work, love the Forever Warranty on my 2017 Wrangler. The service department team were friendly to work with. On a side note - the White 2020 Gladiator... with level and lift kit looks AWESOME !!!

    They have really gone downhill. I have always bought my cars from Sierra but all they are concerned about is $. I haven't even had my jeep a year and you... name it, it's all going wrong not to mention the parts they were to have for me and I am still waiting.

    Parts supposedly ordered 3 months ago for recall and still not recvd. Can’t safely drive car. Have never experienced such lousy service. And we have bought... several Bill Walsh cars. Thought they were reputable.

    It takes days to get in for service. Service people did not listen to concerns. Said other things were the problem when in fact they were not.They did... not fix the problem they caused from a previous visit.

    Was bringing vehicle in for a checkup and while waiting was just walking through lot. We were in near future thinking of purchasing a vehicle good on... gas and happened to walk by a VW Jetta and it really caught our eye. Howard came out and was very helpful in looking it over a test ride (actually two!) and comparing some other vehicles. He was extremely helpful through whole process. This was our third purchase through a Bill Walsh location and have had great experiences. Thanks to Howard for such great care!

    Stressful 2 weeks going on 3.. not willing to deal. Not giving enough for our 2014 escape & wanting Too much for a 2016 Jeep Patriot Shouldn’t have to... have any money down$3000.00 is crazy! Sad to have to drive clear to Chicago to get a deal...

    We have purchased 4 vehicles from Sierra Motors (Ottawa, IL) over the last 9 years and have always felt well treated in every aspect. Last week we purchased... a new, 2017 Mazda CX-5 and love the car, the price, and the respectful, friendly service we received. Our salesman James, was exceptional in spending time with me test driving several different models and was very knowledgeable about each car. He helped me weigh the options of each vehicle without being a pushy salesman. He also spent extra time with my husband and I, explaining how all the features and controls in the car operate. He even helped me link my iPhone! I would definitely go back to the same dealer and salesman in the future!
