Eric Murphy is an outstanding salesman at Mike Savoie
Eric Murphy is an outstanding salesman at Mike Savoie Chevrolet in Troy, Michigan. He's friendly, organized, and efficient, which is what a customer wants when buying or leasing a vehicle. Between my husband and me, we've leased about eight SUVs through Eric and have only experienced smooth sailing.

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. As a comparison, I took my RAV4 to Toyota for a coolant leak and it needed a new radiator. Since they had to order it overnight shipping, they not only gave me a ride home (20 min drive), they came back to my home and picked me up when the vehicle was ready the next day (20 min drive each way). When my wife took her Cruze in for a scheduled appointment to "wait at dealership", she said they not only didn't even want to do it that day, despite her having an appointment, they didn't want to give her a ride home. Luckily I was home to go get her and bring her back home. When the car was done the next day, my wife was at work with my car until 10PM, so I had none. And they did not want to come get me to get the car when it was ready, despite me telling them I had no transportation. We had to wait until Monday, since they're not open on weekends.

Had issue with my entertainment center. Service techs diagnosed problem, ordered parts, and installed them on same day. Offered loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced.

I recently purchased tires for my Equinox and I was impressed with his concern about what type would suit my needs in driving up north as well as in our area. I arrived at my appointment time and got written up
I arrived at my appointment time and got written up immediately. Patrick explained everything accurately and said the car would be ready in 60 to 75 minutes. It was sitting in the delivery area (inside) all washed up and ready to go before the 60 minutes were up. Great job!
