worst service experience
Not trustworthy Paid for items that were not done. Oil change, one month later less than 300 miles vehicle needed another oil change. They were attempting to claim other things were wrong with vehicle. Took it to another Jeep dealership and they stated there was nothing to be replace.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Unfortunately all I can do is give them 1 star but they don't deserve not even one. What starts as a pleasant conversation immediately changes into a more aggressive tone and approach finding a way to kick you out of their dealership. You might wander why? Because you don't have the perfect credit score or don't present with a almost new car to trade in so they can just pay you few hundred bucks for it and take advantage of you. So, if you try to make a deal with them without letting them dictate you how they would like to rip you off you are no longer welcome. On top of that, one day they give you an estimate, the very next day they all of a sudden don't remember ever telling you that and make up excuses and lies to not work with you. JUST STAY AWAY FROM SURESKY IN GOSHEN!
Highly frustrating. I planned my appt according to my husbands vacation so that my car could be there a couple of days. Im aware how dealerships work as i used to work in Accounting at a chrysler dealership. Let me go as far as to say, we have owned dodge and chryslers for over 30 years, they are My go to vehicles, i have never left a dealership service dept so frustrated. I let it be known to adam that i would be giving bad reviews if I receive surveys. The only issue they seemed to care about on my car was the recalls, which were the least of my concerns. My car is unfixed with the other 2 issues. Now on my husbands next vacation i will make another appt in warwick and have to be without a car again. The part that set me over the top is that even though they were unsure that one of the issues were covered under warranty (which i was willing to pay for if not, but they were not sure) i still got charged a diagnostic fee.
Came in and test drove a used Ram that they had just taken in. The price they presented was $1000 over the website price. I counter offered, they told me we were close on numbers, we could make a deal. 2 hours later, oops we sold the vehicle to someone else. Obvious shenanigans from the salesman. In retrospect, they already had a buyer for the vehicle. Why waste my time? Too bad because 5-6 co-workers gave me glowing reviews about this place. Won't be coming back.
Worst service department
Today I brought two of my vehicles into the service department for repairs. My ram pickup needed an oil change and two recalls needed to be conducted. My Jeep Cherokee needed to have a blown shock replaced. I dropped the the vehicles at the scheduled times of 10:30 and 11:00, at approximately 4:30 I received a call from my service adviser Mark that my vehicles had not been worked on today because the staff was working on a deliver of parts and were unable to conduct the necessary repairs. Since I had no vehicle I picked up the ram (without being repaired) and was told the Cherokee would be done tomorrow. Clearly this dealership has forgotten that a customer comes first, after I pick up the Cherokee tomorrow I will not be returning, this isn’t the first time the service has been less that acceptable.

John L. made sure we got the best deal and was very thorough. Professional and knowledgeable staff. We got a fair price for our trade in and John explored all options with us to meet our needs and preferences. I would definitely come back again for our next car. My son is saving up for a Wrangler - we?ll be back for sure.
Bought a new Wrangler from Jay. He made the process very easy and was very patient with me answering all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership and Jay for a salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and the dealership had a huge inventory to pick from.

This is the fifth vehicle I have bought off John L at Suresky. There is no pressure and he assists you however he can. Paul in the service department is excellent also. I will continue to use and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
