I purchased a used 2012 Ford Fusion SEL fully loaded from Bedford Nissan on May 22nd 2017. On January 20th 2018 my car started this funny ticking nois...e so on January 24th I took it in for a checkup. The Ford dealership that I took it to came out 45 minutes later and told me that my motor oil was black and full of metal flakes. I was completely floored. They also went on to tell me that my warranty would only cover the motor if it was a mechanical failure and that it will cost me $450 to find out whether it was my fault since I had the car only 8 months or a mechanical issue .That took 14 days. To make a long story short Nissan of Bedford did nothing to make this easier for me they would not even return my phone calls. I would not recommend this dealership to buy used car from.
