I got the opportunity to work with the team, and everyone

I got the opportunity to work with the team, and everyone provided excellent customer service from beginning to end! I worked closely with Tanner and Heather, and I appreciate their patience in ensuring that I choose my ride and was satisfied. I had negative equity, and Heather worked hard on my case. Tanner provided excellent customer service and was knowledgeable, which helped guide me through the process. Again, thank you so much! I own a 2020 Chevy Trax with low mileage and it’s a roller!!!!

I Would NOT use Firelands/O’Brien’s dealership in

I Would NOT use Firelands/O’Brien’s dealership in Vermilion. My salesman Brady made promises he never kept and I think the sale manager Andrew is the biggest loudmouth, obnoxious xxxxxxx I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t like being lied to, especially when you realize later that it was intentional. Save yourself a headache and expense, shop elsewhere and get anything and everything in writing (signed).

What is Customer Service ??

If their repair service is any reflection of this dealers attitude for its customers I would pick another dealership. I had my chevy vehicle towed into the dealership after getting permission to bring it in because it would not start. On the first day I talked to a service representative explaining everything. No one even called me after that. I called (2) days later to see if any progress was being made and the service representative said it was in the shop being diagnosed. Then (3) days went by without being notified I called in and found out it was not even in the shop and the service manager is asking me what the problem was with the vehicle after I had went through all of the information with the service representative on day one. I then notified the service manager on his messaging service I would be towing it out of the dealership.

The collision center is fantastic. From the estimate of repair to the finished repairs. The folks there are friendly and honest and are very efficient...I highly recommend O?Brian Collision Center...they even cleaned my vehicle inside and out....

Bad reputation

Sold me a 2017 Chevorlet Traverse that was a xxxx of xxxx car. Exhaust that was bought that was sold that way and refused to fix it would not recommend this place to anyone

2020 Equinox

We just leased our new vehicle and we were not sure about the new features. But between Jerry Kyle , our salesman, and Mark in service and ??? we now understand our new vehicle.

Oil change

The staff here always goes above and beyond with their service. Makes us feel that we are the most important people there. Will continue to come there when we are back in ohio.

Routine oil change and service

The facility is spotless even in the service area. All employees were friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at O’Brien. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them. I always praise them whenever the subject comes up.
