Great sales department very help and attentive, Service

Great sales department very help and attentive, Service is a disaster, owning two new Volvos, a 21 XC 40 Recharge and 22 XC 60 Recharge and not have any real issues, just regular scheduled maintenance. Service will never provide next day appointments, typically takes two weeks and is at the dealer service department’s convenience. Why valet service was promised as a loyality customer, it never happens. Before you buy ask how quickly your car can be fixed for even regular factory required maintenance, very painful.

An incredible buying experience. Carlo went above and beyond when assisting me in selecting and purchasing my Volvo. All car sales representatives should take a lesson from Carlo. After 3 other Volvo purchases over the years, Danbury Volvo has become my "go to" dealer from now on. There should be a 5+ star rating!

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee off lease that had 2...

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee off lease that had 2 issues that would be tough to find unless you drove it a lot. Neel & Chris remedied the situation and supported me with a warranty to make me feel comfortable which was above and beyond if you ask me. Great customer service.

Don't buy a vehicle from this store

Bought a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee off lease from here and have had nothing but issues with it for the first 6 weeks. It has been in the shop for 4 of the first 6 weeks and even though I have the issues recorded, and acknowledged by their technicians, I'm told the issues can not be replicated. I'd advise not to buy a vehicle from this store. Worst car buying experience of my life.

Carlo Juliano and Jerry Didomenico could not have done...

Carlo Juliano and Jerry Didomenico could not have done any more for me and my car buying experience on a pre owned Infinity. From the time Carlo answered my initial call till I drove the car off the lot, he did everything possible to make this a wonderful car purchase. He took care of all of my requests and the car was ready at the time of my pick up. He went above and beyond to "earn" my 5 star rating. Super great guy. Jerry to was such a pleasure to deal with and he was able to get me a substantial discount on my extended warranty with my military service. I received a very fair price for my trade as well. I felt like part of their family. That's how good it was. I have never had a more pleasurable experience buying a car in my 58 years! Go see these guys!!

electrical problem

We had a problem with the horn not working. The tech found a bad connection in a splice somewhere in the harness. It was very difficult to find, so it took many hours, but Melanie was very fair with the charges. They also took care of some other issues. And delivered the car back to us. Fantastic service!

Great people

I was dreading the "buying a used car experience" with all the stress, pressure, haggling etc. associated with it.
