    I had been to this service center previously for routine maintenance and some issues with car but my most recent visit left me disappointed and feeling... like I wasted my time. I was promised a loaner (I have email confirmation stating this) if the car had to stay for repair but was then told by another rep that "they don't give loaners if they have to order a part" and that I should make appt to return. I explained I had driven quite a distance and that is not what I was told. Also the service rep made a diagnosis without even putting car on lift! I was expecting car to be put through diagnostic testing which I was willing to pay for and that I would be provided with loaner until problem fixed. I was told diagnostic testing not needed because tech knows what problem is (based on a short drive with me in car to hear noise) because "he has been doing this since he was in diapers" direct quote from woman standing next to Bill. When I requested copies of my service history Bill said could not print them but would email me which he did not. Expected more! Was considering shopping here for my next Volvo but not anymore! (on my third Volvo)

    The salesperson Rocco who helped me was extremely responsive! I was really impressed with his knowledge of the car, the inventory the store had in stock,... and the overall customer experience! He was friendly, helpful, and very efficient.

    Very bad experience. First - they are hesitant to give a loaner car for some reason. Far from a premium car maker experience. Moreover they did not inform... of a follow up visit after having received a spare part that I already paid for - over a month ago. Terrible dealership !

    We purchased a so-called CPO car. It was supposed to be inspected and undergo a 130-point inspection. Upon receiving the car it was apparent that this... was a rubber stamp of CPO. The car had the following issues: 1. No owner’s manual as per contract. 2. No floor mats as per contract 3. Worn Windshield wipers. 4. Battery Discharge light on. 5. Tire pressure light on with no TPMS valves in tires. 6. Spare tire not inflated. 7. Battery Box missing front piece. 8. Acorns and Leaves in the engine compartment. 9. Leaves and medical tongue depressors in the trunk. 10.Not upgraded map and computer system. Had to bring it in to get items 1, 2,3,4,5 and 7 done by the service department. The car should not have been delivered in such poor condition.

    I'm very wary of dealerships, but Jonathan in the Service Dept. treated me with honesty and fairness. Both he and Melanie, the Manager, went out of... their way to ensure that I was informed about the work being done, which included showing me the damaged part that needed replacement. The work was completely quickly and the price was fair. Thank you Jonathan and Melanie.

    Went there for a 50,000-mile checkup, (and was given a loaner) and they discovered a cracked boot on an axle of my C30. Part was not in, so they scheduled... me for another visit (and another loaner) and did the repairs free of charge. Very friendly, and the renovated service dept. is really nice!

    I was able to re-schedule without difficulty after an unexpected event caused me to cancel my first appointment. When I arrived, they were expecting me... and there was no wait. During the service visit there was ample place for me to work. When they were done, the service person came out to me to deliver the paperwork and explain what they had done. Great service visit all around!!
