Excellent service with last minute need — screw in my

Excellent service with last minute need — screw in my tire and it was loosing air — it was Saturday afternoon. The waiting area is comfortable including a plush sofa with large screen TV. Could have happily stayed longer!

We just moved back to New England after many years in Los

We just moved back to New England after many years in Los Angeles and had to buy a car, which is often a harrowing experience. We bought a XC60 Hybrid from Carlo Juliano who is a consummate professional. After looking at other cars we returned to Carlo who is low key but extremely knowledgable. My hybrid car may be smarter than I am and Carlo was a very, very patient teacher. He handled the sale and registration in record time. I could not have had a better experience.

Last week, I bought a XC60 SUV. Carlo was knowledgeable and helpful. He made the buying process smooth and pleasant. If anything needed attention, he was right on top of it. I would highly recommend asking for Carlo to make your buying experience a good one. I visited 11 different dealerships before picking Carlo and Danbury Volvo for my XL60 SUV.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Last Friday, my car was delivered, but we didn’t receive the temporary number plate or registration. Despite calling numerous times, no one from the sales team or front desk has provided any answers or updates. The staff has been incredibly unhelpful and rude, showing a complete lack of customer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.

We just took the car on a long trip for the first time, and now there’s a noticeable vibration in the brake pedal and steering wheel when braking. It came on suddenly. We’ve tried reaching out to the manager but haven’t received a response yet.
