Do not get your aging volvo fixed here.

Worst service ever! Brought the car in to fix the fan controller. They told me it was the radiator fan that was blowing out the controller. When I picked up the car they did not fix the problem I originally brought the car in for. When I call to tell them I still had the same problem, they said they didn’t know anything about an interior fan, even after having told them when I dropped of the car I had no defroster because the fan in the car didn’t work! I kept asking how the radiator fan would be related to the controller for inside the car, but they said it can happen. $1,600 dollars and a $200 car rental later, I have no heat in my car and I have to drive my 95 year old mother out in winter with the windows open! I would never bring my car back here.

Loose with the truth

Tried buying a used certified Volvo from this dealership. At first they would not sell me the car because I live 300 miles away. Carlo told me they had many local people interested. 2 hours later he calls and tells me he will sell it to me. I agree to pay full price in cash and when the paperwork came a few days later there was 900 dollars in fees. I felt that was outrageous given the price of car and the amount of time and effort it takes to process the paperwork on a cash sale out of state (no registration work on their part). I asked them to drop the price 400 to cover part the fees. At first they told me they could not reduce fees as they could get in trouble with an audit. Right, that’s a straight up lie. Then I said, fine, don’t change the fees just drop the price of the car by 400 and that would work. Carlo again said we can’t drop the price because we have a lot of people interested in the car. At that point we agreed to part ways. 5 days later I pulled up the car and saw that they still had the car and had dropped the price 400 dollars. This dealership in my eyes epitomizes the “sleazy car dealer” reputation. Be wary of these guys as they do not tell the truth.

Had an appointment for 3:00 Friday to pick up my CPO

Had an appointment for 3:00 Friday to pick up my CPO Volvo. Worst experience, it took 3 hours. Only one finance rep and the customer before me decided they needed to read every line of the standard contract. On top of that they couldn’t get the plates off my trade because they were secured with hex screws that required a technician. I was told that needed manager approval to pull a tech off a job even for the 15 minutes it took to remove the plates. The final straw was they gave me the wrong VIN so I needed to scramble with my insurance company to get updated insurance ID cards. Then to top it off I received a follow up email stating if I wasn’t happy with the service please call and speak with the general manager. I called and first the receptionist’s immediate response was he was busy. I explained why I was calling and she asked me to hold. I was then put to voicemail. I left a message with my name and number asking for a callback. That was at 10am today and I’ve not heard from anyone.

Salesman review

Aldo was absolutely amazing with helping me find and buy my first car! Extremely nice and a very positive person even when there were a few bumps in the road. As he is still continuing to help and answer any of my questions even after my deal was finalized. I rate him a 10/10 and probably wouldn’t have had such a great experience without him!

Great sales department very help and attentive, Service

Great sales department very help and attentive, Service is a disaster, owning two new Volvos, a 21 XC 40 Recharge and 22 XC 60 Recharge and not have any real issues, just regular scheduled maintenance. Service will never provide next day appointments, typically takes two weeks and is at the dealer service department’s convenience. Why valet service was promised as a loyality customer, it never happens. Before you buy ask how quickly your car can be fixed for even regular factory required maintenance, very painful.
