I went to Ulrich to test drive the SUV. PJ Finn
I went to Ulrich to drive their SUV's. PJ Finn explained all the features very well. He called me later to tell me about a used 2019 Edge with low mileage. I was interested and bought it. He was very easy to work with and I liked him as a salesman. He was very knowledgeable.

Great Experience at Ulrich
My wife and I had a very positive car-buying experience at Ulrich Ford. We worked with P.J. Finn, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure all our options were considered and was patient and helpful throughout the process. P.J. also took the time to get to know us from the test drive until we drove off the lot. We would recommend visiting the friendly staff at Ulrich Ford for buying a new or used vehicle.

Very satisfied
My 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Brian VandeLune at Ulrich Ford. Have had great experiences with him both times. He gave me great advice on vehicle reliability and helped me with my choice. He really cares about the people he sells vehicles too. They went out of their way to help me. Only less than positive experience I have had was with a sales manager, Steve Akers. He became quite rude during negotiations. But nonetheless, I would recommend Ulrich Ford and especially Brian to anyone.
