I did a considerable amount of research, all over the Western half of the US, before going to Ulrich so knew what I wanted and the price I should have to pay. Steve, Cyrus and Kathy were all excellent to talk to and readily answered every question or concern that I had - and I purchased my F250 at a price that is every bit as good (or better in some cases) as any other dealer that I contacted. Further, Cyrus has been completely willing to explain every question that I've had since I purchased the truck. Simply said, Ulrich and its people are excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone !

I went looking for a new truck in August and worked with Stacy Foreman. First let me say I have never liked buying cars. I hate the entire car buying experience. From the minute I talked to Stacy I could tell this was going to be a different experience. Not once during my time working with her did she ever make me feel like I was just another sale. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I never felt pressured during the negotiations like I have at other dealerships. After the sale Stacy also advocated for me as a customer. I had a few things that needed to be taken care of, and she did a fantastic job being there for me to help it get done. As long as Stacy is working at Ulrich Ford we will be buying our vehicles from there.
