    THE dealership expertise is Fraud and Misrepresentation. In January 15, 2019. The problems started 4 days after getting home in NY. Radiator was defective... and Compressor(60 days later when in FLA). Damaged Bumper and wheel well all rigged cosmetically. Paid half of $1200 radiator and stonewalls all other problems. DID NOT Inspect the vehicle. recently has 4 MHP crash and car was totaled. These people do NOT have a conscious. They Deflect to Susan E who is useless as Sal S. AVOID This Dealership@all costs.. Lg

    Mr. Goldstein, the 2005 Acura was inspected and sold in, "As Is," condition with no warranty coverage, of which you were aware. We were happy to assis...t with the radiator replacement, but the air conditioning repair is not intrinsic to the safe operation of the vehicle and must be made at your own expense. As regards the vehicle being, “totaled,” by your insurance company, we would hazard that this is due to the worth of the vehicle, rather than the damage incurred. As we have stated before, extortionary posting of reviews will not move us to renegotiate your purchase terms.

    My Initial Review was positive for Record in January 2019. I bought 2005 Acura RL for my son. Left lot knowing needed cosmetic stuff like door handle... and bumper not secured well. Within 4 days and less 160 miles the Radiator was defective (Lucky I pulled over got towed local Acura dealer. Kia than says TOW the car 120 mikes ( live Long Island 120 miles or ferry 54 miles) q ) and will fix it or ship me knockoff radiator. To their credit the bill was $1200 and we agreed on half bill. 2 Months later in Florida we have NO AC. Find out Compressor is bad. $1600 repair Plus $200 fix underneath wheel well damage that they rigged cosmetically. Sal handled the $600 repair.. But after less 60 days no AC in Florida and compressor along side the Radiator... The car was in accident Danbury KIa DID NOT inspect the car or worse sold a damaged car. to a customer.. The dealership hides behind some administrator to shield their Outright Deception... I will now be going to Small Calms Court because I had 4 MHP crash car exploded ( Bad Bumper which never secured properly) The car was totaled.. AVOID THE ENTIRE DANBURY KIA.. Lewis G
