We went into Fosters with no expectations because our credit is horrible and we were late on past car payments. We went to another dealership ( one that... we have dealt with for years). We were told that there was nothing they could do as far as leasing went because the leasing company wouldn't lease to us again because we had so many late payments. So we went to Fosters just to see what other options we had if any. The staff there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us. They listened to our story, asked what we were looking to do and cared enough about us and made it happen.

after requesting a recall part to be ordered it wasn't it took several inquiries before someone finally ordered the part. the ball was dropped by the first... person and a call to inquire the status was not returned with the information finally on third time talking to someone in parts not service he got results by someone calling from service to say part on order
