We went to Columbus Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership just looking at a Dodge Journey and wanting to know prices, their best deal they could give us. We
also told them we were checking with Gene Steffy's, Woodhouse, and Baxters of Omaha. We took all the information from all dealers and really even though their price was a little bit higher, the customer service was fantastic, in the end they gave us more for our trade-in than what they had promised us in the beginning. They took all the time we needed and we told them we would give them the last opportunity for price of all the dealers, which we did. They did not try to high pressure us,and gave us plenty of time to think about this.We did buy our new 2013 Dodge Journey from them and just LOVE it. Thank you very much, Steve,Steven and managers we talked to. It was a wonderful experience.
This dealership is basically a JOKE. We went there in July to look for a 07' Dodge Charger and we didn't find one on their lot so we were going to lea
ve but then one of the salesmen got our attention because he said that he can get us a "great" deal on a new charger which was a 2012. We filled out an application and we were denied the first time which is understandable because at the time we were 18, BUT then they said that they can try one more time just by fixing little errors on the application (which means they lied on the application without us even knowing until now that we called the bank). Then we unexpectedly got approved which was shocking because I didn't have ANY credit and my Fiance barely had credit and already had a car loan. The payments are $600 and they said we can come back to refinance 6 months later which we tried but they basically told us that we are stuck making that payment. Anyways we filled out the paperwork because we THOUGHT that in 6 months we can get cheaper payments which they LIED and my Fiance was primary on the vehicle and i was supposedly the co-signer and we barely found out that i was NEVER a co-signer. Also the price of the car was way above what it's valued for and our APR is 18% which is outrageous and is the maximum that you can go in Nebraska. I would NEVER recommend this dealership because at first they make everything seem fine just for you to sign the contract but in the long run you get screwed over because you pay double what the car is actually worth just in interest. In conclusion please do not go to this dealership unless you want to pay double what a car is worth.
Recently purchased a used car at Columbus Chrysler. Staff was friendly, met the service man and he set me up for an oil change in September. Fair pric
e, no smoke and mirros.
