    First, I am not Constance. I am her husband, Ken, an I am very unhappy with the way you do business. My wife came to you yesterday, (Dec 20) with a flat tire in the trunk and that silly doughnut spare on the car. Your serviceman said that the flat tire needed to be repaired, and that it would cost $35.00. Well, OK. So three hours later, she left with the repaired tire on the car, She paid with my credit card, which is what I wanted her to do. Today, that same tire was going flat again!!! She went back to your dealership, and was told that the tire had an additional hole that could not be repaired, and a new tire was the only safe option. This may have been true, but she was charged the FULL PRICE for the tire, and since she didn't have my credit card handy, she had to use her own. The VERY LEAST you could have done was give her a $35.00 discount for the tire that you failed to repair! And why did she have to pay anything to begin with? What is the warranty for? We have been leasing cars for most of the 20 years that we have been married, (and therefore, never seeing the end of car payments) so that we would not have to endure these unexpected problems and expenses. Explain to me why I would want to do this again. If I am going to be stuck with unexpected repair bills, I might as well buy a car, pay it off, and be done with car payments for awhile.

    Tammy Keith was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend friends and family. Another gentleman was giving me a fine tour of the car while Tammy worked my paperwork when I discovered the car did not have cruise control (it was past 6 pm and the dealership was closing) . I have since found that I can have the dealership install cruise control on my new vehicle. Perhaps it was my own rush to not have either of them work late, but it could have been an opportunity for the gentleman to offer their shop to install the cruise control had he known it was available. Over all experience was very positive and I am very pleased with my new car.

    This was the first Chevrolet I have ever purchased. I've always been a ford guy. I fell in love with the new Corvette , so I jumped ship and bought my dream car. Came to Hamilton and talked to Anthony Pellerito who made the transition very easy and smooth for me to do. He answered all my questions and walked me through the purchase of my new Grand Sport. He was never in a rush and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. I defiantly would recommend Anthony to anyone looking to buy a new chevy.

    We were so pleased with our experience at Hamilton Chevrolet and with our salesperson, Debbie English. Debbie made our first new car purchase very enjoyable!     I spent two days emailing with Brook to set up a test drive. Drove out from Plymouth to see it and when I got there I was told the car wasn't on the lot, but at the detail place down the street. I was asked to 'hang out' for 'a bit' to see if they could get the car down to the lot. When I asked how long a bit was the salesman told me: "Could be ten minutes could be thirty. Can you come back on Tuesday?" He claimed there was an accident up the street which was making traffic impossible and that's why the car wasn't on the lot. (A lie or at the least an exaggeration since traffic was moving fine and I saw no evidence of a horrible accident.) I offered to go to the detail place instead to look at it since traffic north bound seemed fine and I had an appointment to keep elsewhere. Of course, I couldn't find the detail shop and when I called both of Brook's phone lines as well as texted the cell number on his card and I received no response. I even called the dealership's main number to ask for the detail shop's address and they gave me the address to their dealership! I went home without seeing the car, having wasted three hours of my time, and I never received a call back or an apology. Hands down the worst experience.

    Terrible customer service in the service department, The powertrain warranty expired 2 months pryer to my phone calls. Only 60.000 miles on my 2011 Equinox. Was hoping to get some help from Chevy Corp. or Hamilton which is where I bought it. After explaining my situation to jack. And making an appointment. They never returned any of my phone calls not even for the appointment I arandeged though the Chevy support. If there's nothing your going to do, just tell me not ignore my me. A transmission is very expensive and shouldn't have went bad at 60,000 miles We were going to trade this in and get a new vehicle. We will go somewhere else now.
