I visited Nick Mayer Linclon for the first time this month and bought a brand new Lincoln SUV. I was greeted as soon as I came to the dealership and was... treated like a valued customer by sales associate Erik Schmidt and Sales Manager John. Everyone at the dealership from front desk personnel to the service department was friendly and courteous- no high pressure sales tactics and I was told repeatedly that my business was valued. There were a few scratches and chips in my SUV that I wanted fixed and they made repairs right away. Any questions I had Erik answered promptly after I bought my vehicle- some sales people and dealerships tend to blow you off after they made the sale but this hasn't been the case so far here. The show room was clean, the facility is comfortable, and they try to make everything as convenient as possible for customers.

I was interested in a SUV contacted them by text at 3:30pm and was told it's still here head on up! My wife and I got our 3 and 5 year olds into the car... and made the 1 1/2hr drive. I made it there a couple minutes after 5pm. We all walked in I asked for the salesman I was texting and he came up and said it just sold why dont you come back and we'll see what else we have on the lot that'd you'd be interested in(a simple aploedgy here could have fixed everything). I said I wish you would have called and let me know it was sold. His reply was if someone comes in and says I want to buy something were going to sell it to them would you like to se what else we have? I said my wife really wanted the SUV we saw online. He said we have another for more money. Now the sales manager stopped over and offered another type suv we were not interested in. I explained the situation to him and his reply was do you need 3rd row seating. I turned around held the door for my wife and kids and left. I understand things happen but a simple text,call or aploedgy could have possibly ended up in a sale. I called back in after I left and apologized for storming out and was told if we come back they would try to compensate me and that's when I found out the other gentleman was the sales manager...Yeah I think this probably is a good dealership but, it might be time to reevaluate how you treat customers.
Paul Prenatt was fantastic to work with in the car buying experience. Friendly, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Fantastic experience.
