While shopping and visiting several car dealers, looking for a new car, we stopped at Paul Sur's. Warmly greeted by Charles Burns and explained what... we had in mind. After looking at several different models we were shown the Buick Enclave..well that was it. Charles showed us a lot of different features on the Enclave and answered all of our questions on how? does this work, what? does this do. Even accompanied us on a test drive, and that did it!! Dealer seems to care more about where you bought car before anything. I did buy the car used from them so, Ican image how much worse they would be about... warranty work if I didn't. Had a seat cover put in and the side cover was not installed right, I finished repair myself. On another service a lug nut was left off and they were rude about a rust issue I have with door. Car started rusting with34k mile and 2 years old on rear passenger door. Dealer wants to charge and give you a roadside assistance number to Gm to call about warranty. I won't be doing business or purchasing another car from here.
I came to this dealership through Cars.com search. Was greeted graciouslyd they listened to what I wanted of a specific vehicle they posted on the website.... Their pricing of the used car was very competitive as opposed to other dealers selling the same model on the website. The whole process of buying a car, which can be stressful, was very comforting through my salesman Charles and the team who sold, prepared and presented the car to me.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! I bought a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT AWD from them nearly a month ago. I went there to pick up a spare... key for them to reprogram and they noticed a slight rattling noise under the hood during the reprogram process, of which they brought to my attention and, being that it was still under warranty, offered to repair it. They said it'd take approx. 2 days and they'd give me a loaner car in the meantime (Buick Encore FWD). The next day was a BLIZZARD, (literally state of emergency, roads closed), my office closed at noon with potential of not being open the next day as well. Long story short, they got my vehicle repaired by noon that day and I was driving my AWD safely home in the blizzard, rather than the little FWD Encore. The service advisor, Todd Gudde is awesome - he, and everyone there, really believe in great customer service!
