Have brought my son's 2016 Chevy Malibu to then 3 times

Have brought my son's 2016 Chevy Malibu to then 3 times for the same problem. They charged my insurance company and my insurance paid every time but never fixed the problem ! Find out GMC has a RECALL but not in-between my year of my car ! They fixed it on their bill once, then charged my insurance the last 2 x. Now, after 3 x they don't want to admit that it's there problem !! Even though there's been a recall on their car ! They wanna charge a dionostic charge for the 3rd time on the same repair ! I'm sry but if I'm gonna let you do the repairs, you shouldn't be able to charge me for a dionostic repair ¡? Am I right ? GM has had this problem with the Malibu's brakes for years !

Dwayne, Thank you for your feedback. We know how frustrating it is when you have an issue with your vehicle. We do charge a diagnosis fee as do most repair facilities. The service contracts that we sell do cover diagnostic fees, it is unfortunate that the one that you bought from another company does not cover them. Your vehicle is not covered by a recall, if it was we would do the recall as we get paid by the manufacturer to do them. There is no reason for us to not cover something under warranty if the issue is covered. Again, I know this is frustrating for you and it is frustrating for us as we want your vehicle to be the best vehicle for you. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you. I was looking to buy a sports car, specifically a Corvette. When I walked in I was introduced to "the Corvette guy" and was told I couldn't test drive one. I was told they'd call me once I could. Three months later and no calls. I called and asked about just purchasing one, I was told the Corvette guy was out in a meeting and would call me back. One month later, never received that call. They obviously don't care to make a sale, considering they have them on the lot as I write this. Never have I felt so dismissed by a dealership. I can not recommend purchasing any vehicle from them.

We liked our sales guy but the finance guy was way too

We liked our sales guy but the finance guy was way too pushy and time-consuming, esp. with extended warranty and gap insurance. And not very transparent when it came to the subject of interest rates. You need to really educate yourself if you buy a car from them and be assertive.

beyond exceptional to work with we did this all by phone

beyond exceptional to work with we did this all by phone i would buy from them over again. all were wonderful and knowledgeable and always got back to us in a timely manner. Logan Kennedy and Tyler Masterson were exceptional and very helpful.

Not a professional business.

Was looking around the lot for a used vehicle and NO ONE came out to help me. Will never go there for a vehicle or recommend.
