Bought a new CX-50 hybrid.

Bought a new CX-50 hybrid. I had a CX-9. Both SUV's are very good cars. Salesman was very informative about the CX-50. Great on gas and all the tech is very good. The more I drive it the more I like it. I really like driving this one CX-50. Coming from the CX-9 2012 was a big change. Sales and service at Kennedy is very good. Thanks to all. Nice job!

All were very informative and very helpful. I like purchasing local when I can. My previous experience with Kenedy Mazda was good and I wanted to stick with them. I feel as if I got a good deal and have been taken care of before, during and after the sale.

John Moore was extremely very helpful in making the purchase of the MX-5 Miata AE. Mr. Moore kept me informed on the holdup of the Miata. He showed me all the points of working the dash, and other features of the auto. If I were to buy another auto I would go with John.

Easy, smooth, straightforward transaction.

Easy, smooth, straightforward transaction. New and factory certified vehicles, not a couple new cars and a bunch of auction junk sitting on the lot. Small volume, personalized sales and service. Plus, if you aren't in the know, Toyota is the controlling shareholder of Mazda. The vehicles are higher quality than standard Toyota, closer to the Lexus sport lineup and it's pretty evident. Take a test drive, you will see for yourself!!

Didn't feel that I was pressured into buying car.

Didn't feel that I was pressured into buying car..Even pointed out a used vehicle with another year warrantee on it.. Joachim was a very nice guy towork with.

Transmission went out 6 months after purchasing my vehicle from them. Do not recommend this dealership and will never purchase from again.

In fact, we invested over $1,400 in the reconditioning process to ensure we were offering the best possible vehicle for sale. We also strive for transparency in our pricing and are pleased we were able to sell you the vehicle for $15,600, which was significantly below its J.D. Power Retail Book Value of $18,850. While we do our best to ensure the dependability of our vehicles, it is not possible for us to predict when a future mechanical issue may arise. The failure of a transmission six months after purchase is an unfortunate and unforeseen event that is beyond our control. To help protect our customers from unexpected repair costs, we do offer optional extended warranty coverage. We have noted in our records that a 36-month or 75,000-mile extended warranty was offered to you at the time of purchase, which you declined. Yes, I was offered an extended warranty and declined as I was assured the dealership was family owned for over 35 years and meticulously inspected the vehicles. After having my vehicle towed there, I called multiple times and nobody would answer the phone or call me back after leaving multiple voicemails. I had no clue what was going on with it and/or a timeframe of when it would be fixed. It took a month to get my vehicle back. I was given a 9% discount on the bill. The bill, even after the discount, was more than the money you put into “reconditioning” the vehicle and the difference in the listing price combined. This dealership will never have my business again. Nor anyone else that I have told about my experience with them.
