. During my visit, Ken introduced me to Breyana Simpson, who helped me choose another ATS, my preferred brand, to lease. I picked a car and placed a down payment before I left that day. When it was time to sign the paperwork, Breyana introduced me to William Teffer, who expertly explained my options to me honestly, which meant everything to me. Afterwards Breyana helped to set up my vehicle with OnStar. Ms. Simpson then answered all my questions and explained all the intricacies of my new 2017 ATS. manager Andy Elliott and he told me the car was Flawless so I decided to get in the car and drive 3 hours from Buffalo New York and when I got there he was telling me the truth the car was like brand new very professional they treated me wonderful Bill match this my salesman was very knowledgeable they couldn't do enough for me I want to think Andy and Bill mash for all they did for me I would make the three-hour drive again

My personal experience with the dealership is highlighted by a lack of attention to detail and a lack of customer and inter department communication.
Customer relations improvements are needed. Customer should be better. Informed and kept up to speed on status of whatever the situation is that requires interaction with the dealership.

cted. Our service manager did speak with you and thought he had resolved the issue you had. Apparently he was wrong. We do our best to keep our rental cars immaculate. If any customer feels their rental is not as clean as they would like, it should be reported immediately to a manager or the associate providing the rental and it will be resolved.
The staff at Central Cadillac is first class. My sales person Bill Mash went above and beyond in every way especially with his time , his manager too.
