    I live in Buffalo New York Cena 2015 Cadillac CTS at Central Cadillac in Ohio car had two thousand miles on it so I called and talked to the used car manager Andy Elliott and he told me the car was Flawless so I decided to get in the car and drive 3 hours from Buffalo New York and when I got there he was telling me the truth the car was like brand new very professional they treated me wonderful Bill match this my salesman was very knowledgeable they couldn't do enough for me I want to think Andy and Bill mash for all they did for me I would make the three-hour drive again

    My personal experience with the dealership is highlighted by a lack of attention to detail and a lack of customer and inter department communication. Customer relations improvements are needed. Customer should be better. Informed and kept up to speed on status of whatever the situation is that requires interaction with the dealership.

    I brought my 2016cts with 3500miles in for a steering wheel correction,the service consultant,ken, was extremely rude to me, and short tempered,I gave them back there filthy rental car,and demanded my car back and left,I felt no respect from this company's representative ,respect is everything,WJD.

    Thank you for your comments. It helps us to know what we need to improve on. Please accept our apologies that your service visit was not what you expected. Our service manager did speak with you and thought he had resolved the issue you had. Apparently he was wrong. We do our best to keep our rental cars immaculate. If any customer feels their rental is not as clean as they would like, it should be reported immediately to a manager or the associate providing the rental and it will be resolved.

    The staff at Central Cadillac is first class. My sales person Bill Mash went above and beyond in every way especially with his time , his manager too. Got a great deal on a 2008 STS. Other dealerships small and large could learn a few things from them on how to do business.

    Excellent service for our 2011 Escalade.Service Manager was excellent in customer service and diagnosing the car's problems. Also, the the service team minimized what I thought was going to be a 'greater repair'. The mechanics did a great job in completing the repairs in a professional and timely fashion.

    It took a bit longer than I expected. I bought the car in with 146,492 miles on it. At 146,529 my check engine light came on ? So that is a bit dis-concerning to me. Did they check fluids and for leaks ? Everyone including Ken Mathews were very pleasant.

    From purchasing our vehicle to the maintenance, every interaction with Central Cadillac as been exceptional. Most recently I had routine maintenance and detailing done. I'm completely happy/satisfied with the service. My daughter-in-law picked up the car and said she loved how everyone at the dealership with so nice and welcoming. Great to hear. I would highly recommend this dealership. I am very critical of the customer service provided by GM dealerships because I believe that poor service results in people purchasing cars by other automakers. Central Cadillac impresses upon their customers that they are valued and appreciated and keeps them coming back for more.
