He is extremely knowledgeable and polite. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are very satisfied! I highly recommend seeing him for your new or used car purchase. Have been unable to send a customer feedback since I am not on Facebook or have Google mail. However, without the prompt service from Scott Bellinger(...Service Advisor) and the Jackson service technicians, I might not be back on the road but stuck on the side of it! This same problem was brought to the attention of another authorized dealership where I originally had purchased my vehicle and they were lax in their response. (This was a month prior to going to Jackson before the July 4th holiday. Scott Bellinger is a refreshing addition to your service staff. He is well versed in dealing with the public and is very professional and courteous in handling customer's concerns. I was able to see his interaction with 2 other customers while briefly waiting in your customer lounge. I was about to go off on a six hour road trip and was put at ease when their service dept. fixed the problem. I would definitely return to Jackson Chevrolet for my vehicle service needs, or perhaps when I trade in my little yellow Chevy Aveo in the near future.
