The team at Middletown Chevy is tops!

The team at Middletown Chevy is tops! We had been searching for a 2022 Colorado without much success and found a recent trade in at Middletown Chevy. We called for basic information and was greeted by Stanley, who said if nothing else, just come take a look. Stanley was not kidding! The vehicle is a gem. Stanley is an honest, respectable gentleman. He was attentive and extremely helpful from the start and throughout the entire process. Stan’s the man. Kudos to Dave the manager and Franky for their diligence. The team here truly looks out for you. Thank-you!

last year i brought my 1992 corvette in because it was

last year i brought my 1992 corvette in because it was running not smooth. The service department concluded it was the opti spark. The service report stated that the anti freze was change and the opti spark replaced. Within an month from that service it did not run smooth agian. At theis point i brought it to The Corvette Conection for there opinon. The codes came up opti spark, knock sensor, and very dirty anti freeze. Apparantly the anti freeze was not change out but reused causing a knock sensor. Since that that numerouse funds spent to repair. When called the sevice deparment to epress my concerns and ask for help it was to no avail.

This is the second time we’ve bought a suburban from this

This is the second time we’ve bought a suburban from this dealership and specifically from Stanley. Stanley was wonderful to work with as always made the process very seamless. We were in and out very quickly with our new car, which looked amazing when we picked it up. I would highly recommend seeing him if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

My 22 Chevy 1500 5.

My 22 Chevy 1500 5.3 8 speed with 34k miles had a transmission issuse and oil leak from the pan. The dealer said I needed a new factory transmission and oil pan seal, all covered under factory warranty. Took about a month to get the truck back. GM's transmissions are on back order but the dealer already had one coming in. Once it was in, they had the transmission replaced in 2 day. The work they did was great. The problem I have was no loaner autos available. This might be more a GM issuse then dealer. I could of got rental and get reimbursed later which I didn't like that opinion. Luckily I was able to borrow a suv from my parents for the time.

Starting with Stanley, working with the team was

Starting with Stanley, working with the team was pleasant. Repeated phone calls after the first visit were unnecessary. Stanley found us something we liked, management gave us a price we were comfortable with. The registration process was smooth. We made an extra unnecessary trip with insurance information which turned out not to be needed until we arrived to finalize & pick up the car. First time purchase here, first new car in 38 years, so unfamiliar territory for us but overall things went well for us.
