My car went in for its 60k mile service and to fix two rims that had curb rash. Darn curbs always jump out of nowhere! I received back in excellent condition, the rims looked like new, and they offered a ticket for a complementary car wash. Therefore, just like my previous interactions at GMC of Watertown, it's always a phenomenal experience.

We recently purchased a 2023 GMC 1500. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. The moment we walked in were greeted by Kyle the General Manager. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He hooked us up with Nick in the sales department. Nick not only showed us the car we came in to see but also found several other options that fit what we were looking for. They were able to get us what we were looking for from our trade ins. Terrence seamlessly completed the purchasing in the finance department. Not once did we feel pressured in the process. I received multiple texts and emails hyping my "preferred VIP" experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There was an ongoing series of blatant lies that compounded the problem. It is rather obvious they were thinking that as long as they get you in there, they will sell you something. The sales team there is only concerned with padding their commission and is NOT concerned with either the Customer Experience or advancing the Ingersoll brand. This was two days ago and today, their BDC contacted me as if nothing was amiss and still pushing to sell me something other than what we had discussed. I reached out to the Dealer Principal, Todd Ingersoll, let's see if he is interested the Customer experience. But, I suspect he doesn't care either. If I could assign a negative star rating, I would.
