I had my car serviced under warranty in October. I told the staff there my sunroof was not working correctly. They repaired one element of it and told... me I was all set. Later that day I called back and told them I was having the issue again. I was told not to worry and bring it back and they will look at it during my next service appointment. 3 months later when I bring the car back for the next scheduled service they tell me what was serviced before has nothing to do with the current issue and now that the vehicle is out of warranty it would be a “customer pay”. They are trying to charge me about $2300 for something they should have fixed under warranty.
It was the smoothest purchase of a car and our sales man Roger pauletta was the greatest . He spent time and answered questions and everyone involved were... the greatest . If your looking for a new car go see Roger you will be very satisfied with his service
I went to Mercedes Benz of Wappingers Falls in order to trade in my sedan for an SUV. I was treated with the utmost respect, all of my concerns and wishes... were addressed, and the total process only took a few days before I took my new GLC300 home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

From the moment we walked into the dealership until the moment we drove off with our new CL300, my husband and I were treated with the utmost respect !... The client adviser, Matt was knowledgeable and was able to "build us the car of my dreams" . The sales manager, Brittany was able to seal the deal by working the numbers in our favor. The "tech" adviser, Jake was patient as he walked me through all the "bells and whistles" of all the options from safety to comfort choices. Even the receptionists made us feel at home every time we walked in! Follow-up calls were appreciated as our car was literally being built , and also after we drove off to make sure that we were totally satisfied ! I look forward to doing business with them again in the future !
