Spacial thanks to Mr Brandon North for the great customer service one of my best experiences ever. I live in Woodbridge VA and I was shopping for a vehicle with many options *distronic* was my main option. I was very cautious from any dealership in New York or New Jersey As the have the Biggest scam *alots of hitting fees that it will only be revealed at the dealership* being coming from far away I was very cautious. At Mercedes Benz of Wappingers Falls They emailed me all the numbers just the cost of the vehicle tags, taxes 25$ gas fee and 620 dealership fee that was it. When I arrived everything was ready the vehicle was cleaned ** it took less than 20 minutes** to sign all the paperwork it was a record number. I still don't believe it till now. To bad that they are far away from my home, I would of referred all my friends and family. I was even giving a gift by the Store Manager. Very nice team I wish all my by experience will be the same as this one
Poor service, no follow up or call back
I had my car serviced under warranty in October. I told the staff there my sunroof was not working correctly. They repaired one element of it and told me I was all set. Later that day I called back and told them I was having the issue again. I was told not to worry and bring it back and they will look at it during my next service appointment. 3 months later when I bring the car back for the next scheduled service they tell me what was serviced before has nothing to do with the current issue and now that the vehicle is out of warranty it would be a ?customer pay?. They are trying to charge me about $2300 for something they should have fixed under warranty.

Amazing Experience All Around!
I went to Mercedes Benz of Wappingers Falls in order to trade in my sedan for an SUV. I was treated with the utmost respect, all of my concerns and wishes were addressed, and the total process only took a few days before I took my new GLC300 home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
