    I needed a fast easy transaction due to lack of time. Thanks to Jay And especially Chas, I got the vehicle I wanted for a good price and delivered when... I needed. Chas came in on his day off and made sure it went smooth. Great Sales department, made my purchase enjoyable!

    This dealership sold me a car with no breaks and no K208 form... which means they never inspected the car. Bill Papaleo, head of service, was incredibly... dishonest and unkind. Making up all kinds of excuses and whenever he would get called out on an excuse, he was try hard to cover his butt and make up another one. I felt completely manipulated and in good faith cannot recommend this car dealership to anyone. I left feeling like this was one of the worst, sleasly, distrustful car places.

    Went in to purchase a used car on memorial day weekend saw a vehicle we liked on the internet. The day we went in there were several people and the salesman... we were dealing with seamed overwhelmed. He started with us and went to get the keys for a test drive on his way to get the keys he was ask a question by another customer and once he heard the words "we want to purchase two new vehicles" my husband and I no longer existed. He did bring the vehicle for us to look at but that's it. I felt like since we weren't buying 1. new and 2. Two cars at the same time, we were placed on the back burner. Long story short, we found a much nicer vehicle from a smaller dealership and were we treated like a customer should be.

    I just recently purchased a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander from a private party I found out that there were multiple recalls on the car I took it to Schaller... to get them addressed the man was miserable at the service desk made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by bringing my car in and was told I would have to pay upwards of $600 to get one recall fixed my understanding of a recall is that the dealership fixes it for free. All in all I would never recommend this service center for any maintenance on your vehicles. If I could give zero Stars I would

    We recently purchased a used car from this dealership. We were lucky to get Chas Miller as our sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and personable,... which made our experience a good one. We would recommend this dealership to our family and friends. --Ask for Chas Miller and you will get great customer service!!

    The buying process was ok, once my family came into the dealership and started to crawl around the show cars, that got people moving. I recently brought... the car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Stood at the service window for 7 minutes until someone walking through told me to go into the service bay to talk to the guy who was watching me most of the time. Asked, How long for the service, since I have a one year old child with me. Told an hour to an hour and a half. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes, with me checking in twice and being told another 10 minutes, which turned into another hour long wait. I want to thank the lady inside the dealership who finally came into the waiting room and gave my daughter some snacks. The waiting room lacked any real comfort and the service tech who deals with check in seemed like he could care less and it was a nuisance to have to deal with customers. I will never use the dealership again. I will travel to a different dealership if there are any recalls for the vehicle, which is a 2014 silver Outlander.

    Stay away. I took my SUV to Schaller Auto Body. They did a very bad job. I had to take my car to another body shop to repair their work. The car was not... the same, and I had to sell it.

    I want to Fix my break for 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage and customer service was so poor he wasn't Friendly he was act he don't understand me but the sale people... was really really good friendly, nice, u ask anything they will tall u nicely they tried u nice
