We bought a used 2014 Sonic from here. Great car, great service and they hold to their words. The spray they use in the car when you drop off your car leaves a residue.

Everything was good with the buying experience. All negotiations were handled outside and the paperwork was mostly done remotely with only a few signings to be done at delivery, again outside. So it was a safe and satisfying experience and Mia was great!

Our salesperson Jennifer Painter was great to work with during our choosing and purchasing a new vehicle. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and gladly answered our many questions. She was easy to reach by telephone and had the car ready for test drive upon our arrival at the dealership. She was more concerned that the vehicle was the right one for our needs and did not pressure us to buy a vehicle. The finance person Brett Ritchie was also great to work with. He also was patient and answered our many questions regarding the financial aspects of the purchase and available additional features to take care of the vehicle (extended warranties, maintenance agreements, etc.). Both Jennifer Painter and Brett Ritchie went to extra effort, and took extra time attending to additional details, to make sure the vehicle and the financing was perfect for us.

Quick completion of scheduled repair for Subaru recall of Outback exhaust system flange. Also tezt drove car to diagnose a noisy rear wheel bearing, and replaced it quickly on short notice. Service was thorough, friendly, courteous, and fast.
