Bought a used truck and 2 weeks later found out it needs a timing chain $2500 repair. used car manager told me ..should be okay with spending another 2500... due to getting a good deal on it and still will be under blue book for it ...bought as is.. my problem. talked to the guy that runs the place and he compared it to him having a head cold....somethings just pop up with no warning ...anyway. Said to drop est. off so he can look at it to see if they can do cheaper....haven't heard anything back...taking it to a trusted mechanic to get fixed...lesson learned , will pass by them to go to the next lot for the next truck..
We certainly regret that you are having issues with your vehicle. As we discussed earlier the truck is 15 years old and had 145,450 miles on it when ...you purchased it. We sold the vehicle "AS IS" and you acknowledged that. Many of our clients opt to purchase lesser priced older high mileage vehicles because they are able/like to perform repairs themselves and appreciate saving the money versus buying a more expensive/warrantied vehicle.

While I did not end up buying from Tom Naquin (test drove a Cadillac, but bought a different brand) the service there was very good. It was a low pressure... service and the salesperson took their time with me to show me all the features of the car. If I had wanted to go with the Cadillac, I would have likely bought it from here.

I've recommended 3 different people who have all purchased vehicles and were happy 1 in particular reestablished her credit. I've bought used and new... vehicles and have sold here each time with a fair and reasonable outcome. The entire service department catches and notifies you of things that are very easy to overlook in our day to day madness. They take the initiative and throw in a free car wash after services I've had. The sales team worked with me on mastering specific details and went to great lengths to ensure the proper customization of what I wanted. They get new vehicles in faster than their local competitors. The biggest take away is I feel like a name not a number there with a welcoming staff but not a creepy staff like at a number of places I've checked out. Delivery of excellence not desperation. This place is crooked and dishonest!!! STAY AWAY!!! Due to non disclosed damage, additional visible damage was caused. When attempting to have this... resolved, the used car manger attempted to put it back on us. STAY AWAY, LYING, STEALING CROOKS!!!!

I've been a customer since 2005. We own two Nissans which makes a grand total of four we have bought since out first visit. The sales staff is helpful... and friendly. (Bob Tezich) Visits to the Service Department are pleasant and you're treated like a valued customer and not an temporary inconvenience. If I were a few years younger, I would love to work for them.
