I went in to look at a new truck that towed better than

I went in to look at a new truck that towed better than my 1/2 ton. Calder was my salesman and man he was fantastic. I got there late so had to run. Much to my suprise he understood my timeline, was not pushy, on top of that I was happy with my trade in value and more happy with the numbers. I came back in the next day to sign papers thinking it would be the usual 2 hour ordeal. In, signed, done deal in under 30 minutes. If you value your time, give these guys a shot. Every single person was polite, helpful and wanted me to be happy. Again. 5 stars!

Interesting Saturday I had.

Interesting Saturday I had. I was just wondering how new truck prices would be. I was ending a current lease and looking at options. I wasn?t really pressured into buying necessarily, yet I felt like I couldn?t leave either. They took my keys to appraise my current truck, but then disappeared for 15-45 minutes at a time. This happened for a few hours. The young salesman was nice, respectful and not pushy. But his manager didn?t like my answer of no so he decided to talk to me. His name was Kenny. He finally gave me a number to sign paperwork. But my God it was a long weird day

Initially had an issue on the vehicle, but after

Initially had an issue on the vehicle, but after contacting the dealership, and learning that the salesperson was no longer at the dealership, which is why I was not getting a response from him, the dealership is taking steps to correct any of the issues that we may have had upon delivery, so once things got in the correct channels so it could be resolved they are working on it. Glad that it got to the correct person and they are taking care of it, they wanted to make sure we were happy with the pickup at the end of the day and we appreciate that.

Todd was knowledgeable and answered all my questions

Todd was knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the purchase process. He was able to acquire the vehicle I was interested in from another Ganley location and facilitate the sale at the Mentor CDJR dealership. The vehicle was washed, detailed and filled with gas. He also made the finance process quick and painless. I would recommend him any day. Todd is a true asset to the Ganley team. Thank you again.

Excellent as usual .

Excellent as usual . I scheduled the oil change and tire rotation. They took care of it right away and even had the truck washed. I will return again for any repairs.
