as usual, i rec'd excellent service, prompt , friendly, and not at all condescending, which, as a female , is unusual in many repair shops.they listen to my description of a problem and take appropriate and expeditious action to correct it to my complete satisfaction

2009 Ford Explorer

I can't tell you what a unique and awesome buying experience I had at this dealership. Hal and his team did a wonderful job answering my 100 questions about the Explorer. They showed great patience and gave me the confidence this is the right purchase for me. If you are looking for a dealership a little off the beaten path I definitely would give Buddenhagen's a chance. Thanks again Hal for all of your help!!!
