    We had a very pleasant experience with M&M Auto Group. We emailed M&M and the next morning I had a voicemail regarding our inquiry. We drove an hour to... look at the car. The greeter was very welcoming and pleasant. Our Lincoln was washed and cleaned and inspected and ready for a test drive as promised. The car was beautiful the salesmen was very professional we test drove the car and had a great conversation. There was absolutely no pressure The buying experience was equally pleasant. We were given options regarding warranty options and all Lincoln had to offer. My wife was very pleased to drive her Lincoln home the same day. I would highly recommend M&M auto. There was no pressure the environment was calm and enjoyable. The drive was well worth it and I will buy my next car from them in the future.

    I have purchased my last three cars from M&M Auto Group (Chrysler, Jeep, and Cadillac), and have been beyond satisfied each and every time. The staff treats... you like family, and you never feel like you are being taken advantage of. The pricing is extremely fair and competitive, and as far as warranties and other charges, the staff is always more than happy to thoroughly explain everything in a way that actually makes sense, unlike other dealers I've been to. My most recent purchase, the Cadillac, was delivered to me at my house and the delivery process could not have been more enjoyable. I was given a thorough explanation of the features in my car and the employee made sure I understood everything and was comfortable before leaving. Over the winter, the roads in my town were torn up and I hit a pothole which caused my steering wheel to become misaligned. I took my car to a local Cadillac dealer and it was a mistake. The service was completely lacking compared to the AMAZING treatment I've gotten at M&M. Following the blunder at the other Cadillac dealership, I made the trip to M&M and they fixed the mistakes for me, and were happy to do so. That time, the job was done correctly. Every time I go into the dealership, I am immediately greeted by at least one employee, and I am helped as soon as possible. The dealership itself is immaculate. It is always extremely clean, the bathrooms are pristine and fully stocked, the "Customer Lounge" (so much better than a waiting room!) always has fresh coffee and water, there is a complimentary fountain soda machine (thank you!) as well as vending machines if you would like something extra. The seats in the customer lounge are comfortable, there are always various new magazines, an area for children to play with toys and read books, and a nice tv. Overall, this place is the best dealership I've ever set foot in. Hands down. You really will love buying your next car from them!

    Peter, We had accepted an offer you made on your new truck the last day of the month. You drove from PA to sign the paperwork that day. I asked Ford ...Credit to flat cancel the sale and they denied the flat cancel. I also wrote Ford in an attempt to get the rebate you qualified for the following month. They declined the request. I am sorry something was miscommunicated by Ford Motor Company. That rebate money comes from them, and we have no control over it. I wish you luck with your new truck.

    We walked in knowing precisely the car we wanted and Sharon found it for us at another location. She handled some add-ons (trailer hitch, roof racks and... better-tread tires) and kept us informed throughout the process. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process as pleasant as it could be. The only hiccup was in dealing with Josh, the sales manager, who first lied to us about the terms of the rebates due us and then, when pressed, admitted that the reason he lied was because he wanted to pressure us into taking the car before it was convenient for us to do so, so that the dealership wouldn't have to absorb four days' interest. Cry me a river. Are still waiting to hear his apology--when we picked up the car we were emphatic that we wanted to talk with him further but he wouldn't make the time to see us in person. Unfortunately such an attitude seems to be a requirement for a sales manager. That brief dealing with him by phone tarnished what had been until that point a stellar experience, thanks to Sharon. Kudos to her!

I am very sorry I did not explain myself clear enough when di...scussing the importance of taking delivery by August 31st as agreed upon in your original signed order. I did not lie to you and pride myself and our store on being as transparent as possible. I¿¿¿m sure if you read through the other reviews I¿¿¿ve received and our store has received you¿¿¿ll find this to be true. It is disappointing reading a review such as this knowing how hard we worked to find you the exact vehicle you wanted. There were only two within several hundred miles, but we worked hard and made it happen. We even put a rush on all of the extras you wanted before taking delivery. I had a doctors appointment the day you took delivery and could not miss it, however I would be happy to meet with you at your convenience to discuss anything you¿¿¿d like to discuss that you did not get to on that day. I can also answer any questions you may have about your new vehicle at that time.
