Pleasant Car Shopping Experience
I have bought two cars from this Kunes dealership in the last year. My salesman Tom is absolutely fantastic and has known what I?m looking for vehicle wise and price/payment wise and has met those needs each time good dealership, and a rare great car salesman. CHRIS WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL WALKING US THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF BUYING NEW FORD RANDER. EVERYONE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND VERY POLITE. Terrible Experience - BUYER BEWARE
I am NOT very happy about my experience with this dealer - while I was there (for a sales appt to buy a used vehicle) I was bounced back and forth to the waiting room so that the sales rep could sell to other customers at the same time. Additionally, I was charged fees that I did NOT agree upon by the finance department. Fast forward 2 weeks after purchase - part of the car breaks and when I call to ask about repair I am told "once you leave the lot it's yours..." I will NOT be coming here again

We came in, to get an oil change, for my wife's car. While waiting, she saw a car, that she liked. We left, with a new car, in the color she wanted. They also matched, our current payment amount, for the new car.

We have bought 4 vehicles from Kunes and 2 of those were from Sedrick. The most recent being for our daughter. He wasn?t pushy and was straight forward which we appreciate. It was a great experience and I highly recommend him and Kunes

Recent purchase of a car. 2019 Ford Taurus Limited
Flew out from Ada, Oklahoma and purchased a 2019 Ford Taurus from Roman Diaz and also Brian Bohm gave us some assistance. I was really impressed with how easy everything transpired. They were very friendly and professional. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, and if you are in the market for a car, give these guys a call.
